I thought the Flanders vote right before my sub in was inconsistent with Jalmont’s reads — could be trying to buddy up?

1215 is an attempt to probe a part of the game that honestly should've been probed more, and unfortunately it didnt go anywhere, which is well within jalmont's MO. jalmont to me has always struck me as someone who really enjoys doing reviews on who the NKs were and why

im not sure what you were expecting out of jalmont, yeah okay maybe he's a bit weaker w/o any expected wallposts or whatever, but i think on a quick glance at a small ISO i found a few posts that show, to me, that jalmont is engaged in the game the way that seems within his playstyle to normally be engaged with. i'm not married to that view, before you asked me i didnt really have an opinion on jalmont, he just kinda seems there in the way that he exists and that's fine and he doesn't seem to be acting abnormally to me

I had this interaction with fairy when I just subbed in on Jalmont

Honestly I want to go through Jalmont/fairy in some order, I think lechen is the safest of the bunch

2080 combined with #3,191 feels weird, like she is deliberately trying to not hold an strong opinion on jalmont but then she can do her 2101 post on him just fine which is the opposite.

2091 mentions the post (1295) about jalmont that made me surprised about his reaction on Realiti wagon, like he doesn't even seem to consider it for a second and made instantly the weird flandrs vote and post later.

She has that read on him (2080 ,2101) but later in 3191 she doesn't feel like it's a priority to evaluate the slot after all that happened.

I don't know if that's what you wanted me to see but the thing that stands out the most is a fairy thoughts on jalmont for me.
 
I really liked Jalmont’s day 4 and I think I might have been over anchoring to it, esp next to skip who at that point I thought was just quite scummy based on interactions with the realiti vote

I did consider the skip/jalmont thing. I think jalmont is in his town range personally, and I think that scum!jalmont just skates by and stays less active than actually try to make readlists and posts to be more proactive on days 3 and 4. Like the last few phases have been the perfect opportunity for him to be lurkscum and he just isn't doing that.

Skipper honestly I was rolling off of a metaread that I had on him somewhere in D1 or D2? I kinda think that his play is very bold and reckless which gives me more town energy from his end, just the way he's stating reads lacks any self consciousness whatsoever. That said it feels like I've missed something since you/Alice claim that both Jalmont and Skipper cannot be town. What did I miss here?

She was not in immediate danger compared to others in the poe and jumps into the des not towny anymore thing with ag, lechen and chicken

48, though if the poll had happened at this SoD id probably have voted 24. i just figured there was still plenty of opportunity to still discuss stuff and whatever as of SoD last cycle. plus im not a huge fan of changing structure/rules mid-game.

caught up on thread now. will spend a bit of time btwn job apps and a dr appt at noon trying to get a read list made

I read that entire thing and I think the rationale behind it being S/S could just be a planned bus that allows them to avoid interaction with the thread since none of them did anything for like two days

Like BD would come into thread and say “Lechen is scum” and Lechen would say “BD shouldn’t be scum reading me so he is scum” and I think that’s quite doable

Obviously we can’t rule out any of the other two combinations either

Jalmont just has too much equity with literally everyone else. I was trying to make a post regarding which of the six pairs in Jal bd af lechen I can rule out and going through the four ISOs and searching for Jal or the other three, it’s just kind of crazy, they all mildly SR each other

No and I think it explains the lack of resistance.

We have too many strong TR and scum have too little power

So the only real thing you can do in their shoes is hope we get unlucky going through the POE and that we start unclearing me/alice/des/NE/Ehmcee
