Resource VGC Regulation H Speed Tiers

Hey all, been a while hasen't it. Heres my take on a Reg H speed tier guide, I've listed the Pokemon + Icon (Okay I know the icons are to the right of the name, Its how I formatted it originally and too lazy to switch it around), then final speed, and so on. Boosts represent stuff like Tailwind, Swift Swim, etc. For now I dont have much for boosts, maybe I'll edit it later on.

The Spreadsheet I Use to sort through all these values and just mess around with is linked, I will be updating it every now and then so I recommend checking it out first. I dont currently have a hard list of speed triers I recommend you to hit but this is what I got for now.

I grouped the speed stats in bunches of 5 and made a bar chart to see the most popular general values, the 80-84, 105-109, and 150-154 are by far the most popular tiers. So if you want to know roughly what to outspeed, theres your answer. I hope this is helpful to y'all!

Whimsicott with 220 Speed EVs and a +Spe nature has 180 speed, which is slower than other Whimsicott but faster than Maushold, just thought that should be mentioned.
Edit: Turns out there are a lot more Pokemon that can still outspeed key targets without max investment, could we get an updated version of the list to include some of those? (Typhlosion-H with 220+ Spe outspeeds unboosted Ape, Uninvested Lilligant-H Outspeeds Tatsu in Sun, etc.)

Also, not to spam posts or post about random Pokemon, but why is Clefairy not here? Clefairy is a useful pokemon due to friend guard, follow me, Eviolite, and the niche move After You.
Uninvested it has 55 Spe, Max Spe is 87, min is 40
