This is very important:
If you are the smuggler who started the game with the goods, you should pass to the same person you passed to last time.
running down the clock is good for smugglers. And it’s nearly impossible to get caught.
Fed point will come from us passing to them not from inspections given that we are killing thread and opportunities to communicate.
Obviously if you’re the one that passed to CK then do something else.
