Power Whip OKHOes Ursaluna and Great Tusk after minor chip damage whereas Horn Leech provides it with longevity in exchange for power. U-turn allows it to pivot out of checks such as Raging Bolt, Ferrothorn, and Dragonite. Knock Off is used to cripple switch-ins like Dragonite and Ferrothorn by removing their Heavy-Duty Boots and Leftovers, respectively, and also hit Dragapult super effectively. Alternatively, Encore can lock certain defensive pieces into recovery moves such as Toxapex and Mega Scizor. Encore also helps Ogerpon-W avoid mind games against priority moves from Raging Bolt and Kingambit and denies faster Pokemon like Zamazenta from setting up on it. Taunt is also an option to deny entry hazard-setting attempts from walls such as Ferrothorn and Clefable while ensuring Ogerpon-W walls Toxapex and Alomomola. Knock Off is used to cripple switch-ins such as Dragonite removing its Heavy-Duty Boots and Ferrothorn with its Leftovers hits dragapult very hard (extremely important). Encore can also stop potential stalling attempts from Pokemon such as Toxapex mention that it avoids mindgames vs gambit/bolt, denies faster setup sweepers from setting up. Taunt is also an option to deny hazard attempts from Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Clefable walls alo and pex with its ability asw. spikes mention here

Horn Leech is a Good STAB that provides Ogerpon-Wellspring longer sustainability, however it does lack in power. Power Whip gives noticeable damage benchmarks such as OKHOing Ursaluna and Urshifu-R Great Tusk after minor chip damage personally not a fan of the shifu example since it only really matters against sd sets (which is less common compared to scarf) but even then shifu is forced to Trailblaze and cc after which can be exploited by Oger’s teammates easily. also, switch the placement of the sections on horn leech and power whip to align with the slashes U-turn allows it to pivot out of Pokemon that like to come in on its STABs such as Raging Bolt, Ferrothorn, and Dragonite. Knock Off is used to cripple switch-ins such as Dragonite removing its Heavy-Duty Boots and Ferrothorn with its Leftovers, and also hits potential switch-in Dragapult very hard. Encore can also stop potential stalling attempts lock certain defensive pieces into recovery moves from Pokemon such as Toxapex and Mega Scizor my reasoning for the “stalling attempts” change is that it’s too vague, I also like including another example here because it gives this use of encore more significance. Encore also helps Ogerpon-Wellspring avoid mind games from priority users such as against priority from Raging Bolt and Kingambit more nitpicky but this gives the impression encore helps stop all priority users (when it doesn’t against things like Mmedi / Rilla), while also denying setup from faster Pokemon like Zamazenta. Taunt is also an option to deny hazard attempts from Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Clefable. Taunt also ensures it walls Toxapex and Alomomola. Spikes can also be used as Ogerpon Wellspring has the remarkable ability to force switches mention how spikes can help wear down Ogerpon’s checks, like ferro and non boots rbolt without the need for a teammate with spikes.
