The main maf motive would be to either save DBD or prevent a wagon flip onto either NE or someone else(?) but I don't think anyone else was really plausible unless you felt very worried for Vizh or something.
So I think agree with this and looking at either offwagon, DBD or possibly NE today makes the most sense.

I actually don’t have a really strong read on pulsar myself, but they are definitely in my poe, plus they ended up not voting and with scumreads (or at least suspicion) cast on them by both of the deaths
