Why you should be chosen as a manager- Alright, let me break it down for you. I was the last competitor drafted in HPL I. My team (GRRR RISE UP FAM) were the runner-ups for HPL I, just like my comrades Sussy and Ballfire. Since then, I have highly researched the ways of the manager and am willing to put in the hard work. Plus, I have a decent schedule, even with school. Furthermore, my co-manager, Cosmoem, is a top player on USUM PH ladder, a council member for DPPt PH, and one of the few decent ADV PH players that I have heard of.

Why you should be chosen as a manager- I am fluent in English, I played DPPt and ORAS. I am looking to improve my communication and management skills because I understand the importance of these skills in managing an efficient, organised and effective team. I always approach conflict in a calm and reasonable manner such that it may be resolved amicably between the conflicted parties. I believe in the value of respect and transparency in a chaotic work environment.

Why you should be chosen as a manager-I have lots of gen 7 and 6 experience, made a gen 7 sample, and went 5-2 playing gen 7 in HPL. Ballfire is experienced with both gens as well and went positive during HPL. We also both were highly active members of the 2nd place HPL team (regis). I specialize in gen 7, while Ballfire specializes in gen 6; any player on our team will recieve strong, active support for either gen.

Why you should be chosen as a manager- I've rebuilt the Pure Hackmons community on Smogon from pretty much scratch and carry an immensely versatile experience across generations. Thanks to this, I hold the ability to help provide input, train, or run test games with players no matter the generation. I've also had set feats in managing OMPL by drafting teams that have made finals 4 out of the 5 times I've manage despite having much less experience with those OM formats than with Pure Hackmons and than other OMPL managers. I haven't managed a tournament in a while, but I believe I understand the community enough to figure out the right draft picks and I hope to not disappoint if I get chosen.
