[SET COMMENTS]
Hisuian Samurott functions as a powerful offensive pivot with Sharpness-boosted moves and excellent utility options, letting it apply consistent pressure. Thanks to an Attack donation, Hisuian Samurott gains a significant power boost, helping it capitalize on its STAB options to break through bulkier foes. Ceaseless Edge serves as Hisuian Samurott's most spammable move, while Razor Shell has the ability to break past opposing walls such as Mandibuzz thanks to the potential Defense drop. Knock Off provides great utility by removing items, especially Heavy-Duty Boots from pivots like Ogerpon and Zapdos, and serves as a strong spammable STAB option when paired with Tera Dark, while Flip Turn enables Hisuian Samurott to pivot and maintain momentum against Pokemon like Meowscarada and Zacian-C. Choice Scarf allows Hisuian Samurott to revenge kill effectively and maintain momentum against faster threats such as Lunala and Great Tusk.

Gods with higher Attack such as Calyrex-I and Zacian-C are excellent choices for Hisuian Samurott, offering an Attack boost that enables it to break through bulkier foes more effectively. Alternatively, Arceus can be used, as it still offers an Attack increase while benefitting from Hisuian Samurott's ability to set up Spikes more. Due to Hisuian Samurott's relative frailty, defensive pivots such as Rotom-W, Landorus-T, and Galarian Slowking are valuable teammates, giving it safe entry onto the field. Additionally, pairing Hisuian Samurott with strong special attackers like Iron Moth and Hisuian Electrode helps break through opposing physical walls that it might struggle against, such as Skarmory and Zamazenta. Furthermore, both Pokemon form a VoltTurn core with Hisuian Samurott, further weakening each other's checks. Other physical wallbreakers such as Swords Dance Iron Hands and Bulk Up Great Tusk can synergize well with Hisuian Samurott to overwhelm defensive checks such as Rotom-Wash. Finally, since much of Hisuian Samurott's value comes from its ability to set up Spikes, teammates that can deter or deny hazard removal such as Ogerpon with Defiant and Sinistcha are extremely beneficial.

Hisuian Samurott functions as a powerful offensive pivot with Sharpness-boosted moves and excellent utility options, letting it apply consistent pressure in the metagame. Choice Scarf boosts Hisuian Samurott's Speed, allowing it to revenge kill effectively and maintain momentum against faster threats. Thanks to an Attack donation, Hisuian Samurott gains a significant power boost, helping it capitalize on its STAB options and break through bulkier foes. Ceaseless Edge serves as Hisuian Samurott's most spammable move, setting Spikes while dealing solid damage, while Razor Shell is a reliable STAB Water-type move that benefits from Sharpness. Pretty sure that's dex info and thus does not need to be added Knock Off provides great utility by removing items, especially Heavy-Duty Boots, and serves as a strong spammable STAB option when paired with Tera Dark, while Flip Turn enables Hisuian Samurott to pivot and maintain momentum.

Gods with higher Attack such as Calyrex-Ice and Zacian-C Could also mention an arceus forme, especially ekiller as those types of teams really appreciate spikes to support their offensive gameplan are excellent choices for Hisuian Samurott, offering an Attack boost that enables it to break through bulkier foes more effectively. However, due to Hisuian Samurott's relative frailty, defensive pivots such as Rotom-Wash and Landorus-Therian Might also mention glowking as well are valuable teammates, allowing safe entry onto the field. Additionally, pairing Hisuian Samurott with strong special attackers like Iron Moth and Hisuian Electrode helps break through opposing physical walls that it might struggle against, such as Skarmory and Zamazenta. You could also add how they both form a VoltTurn core with it, which can help weaken eachother's checks Finally, since much of Hisuian Samurott's value comes from its ability to set up Spikes, teammates that can deter or deny hazard removal such as Ogerpon with Defiant or Sinistcha are extremely beneficial. As Scarf Samurott-H fits better on more offensive structures, then you could also mention a couple of physical breakers that synergise with it in order to overwhelm defensive checks, like Urshifu-S, BU Great Tusk and SD Iron Hands (though this definetly shouldn't be at the end lol)

Pretty short and sweet with everything being well-written, so I'll stamp QC 1/2 now as it probably won't need another look after being implemented. Again, feel free to reach out if you have any questions! (also I'll do the weavile one tomorrow, I promise)

Make sure your analysis consistently has examples / references to the metagame especially in paragraph 1. Anlyses avoid dex info, which is basic information about the game that you can find elsewhere on the dex / on google. Instead, analyses take that basic game information and apply it to a specific Smogon metagame, which can't be found elsewhere. What Pokemon in GG do Water and Dark moves hit? What runs Boots and gets punished by Knock? What walls need the Razor Shell def drop? What Pokemon can Hisuian Samurott not beat and needs to click Flip Turn against?

Hisuian Samurott functions as a powerful offensive pivot with Sharpness-boosted moves and excellent utility options, letting it apply consistent pressure in the metagame. Choice Scarf boosts allows Hisuian Samurott's Speed, allowing it Samurott to revenge kill effectively and maintain momentum against faster threats such as Lunala and Great Tusk. (generally the paragraph order talks about moves first and then items/abilities etc to follow the set order, so see if this can be moved down) Thanks to an Attack donation, Hisuian Samurott gains a significant power boost, helping it capitalize on its STAB options and to break through bulkier foes. Ceaseless Edge serves as Hisuian Samurott's most spammable move, setting Spikes (dex info) while dealing solid damage, while Razor Shell is a reliable Water-type STAB move with has the ability to break past opposing walls (any examples here? thanks to the potential Defense drop. Knock Off provides great utility by removing items, especially Heavy-Duty Boots (any ntable boots users?), and serves as a strong spammable STAB option when paired with Tera Dark, while Flip Turn enables Hisuian Samurott to pivot and maintain momentum. )what mons do you pivot out against?)
