Everyone said what they wanted to say and both sides are pretty clear, adding anymore would probably be repeating something. So now everyone waits for what council does.

it doesn't really matter, but I would like to point out that almost every time there's been something broken in this tier people have pushed for a complex ban over it, and I am unsurpised it is Tera this time. Last time with Dragonceus, it was a full arc ban, ndw was tera blast, fireceus was also all arc formes. Tera is just the latest iteration of this trend.

Yesn't. I agree on the fact that this has been a recurring issue and I am guilty of this myself in the case of Tera Blast as it's been a problem with more than one mon atp but the circumstances are at the very least a tiny bit different than the arcs. A Tera ban can't be discussed without acknowledging the other elephant in the room in the form of Zacain. I think Zacian is broken by OU standards but fine by Ubers standards blah blah blah we've been over this a trillion times and haven't come to a conclusion besides "somewhere in the middle" and I never really got to address it while I had the power to make the policy concrete. I think I've come to the conclusion that I like the Ubers standard significantly better than the OU one for this tier but that does also contradict my agreeing upon banning Arc Dragon so take that with a grain of salt. Ultimately, I think Zacian leaving would be a less harmful but still damaging version of all the arcs going as like 3 or more mons immediately become much harder to handle (Roaring Moon, Arc Dark, and arguably Gouging Fire) without the catch all of Zacian. That being said, Banning tera is opening a whole new can of worms as the tier would change on a fundamental level so I think it should stay and the tier will continue to evolve over time to manage like it has over and over.
