[SET COMMENTS]
Bulk Up Arceus is a potent late-game setup sweeper and revenge killer that leverages Extreme Speed—the strongest priority move in the tier. Shadow Claw allows it to hit Calyrex-S, Tera Ghost Koraidon, and Giratina-O. Recover allows Arceus to set up on Pokemon such as other Arceus lacking Bulk Up, Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground, various defensive Arceus formes lacking Will-O-Wisp, and Koraidon after Terastallizing. Tera Fire gives Arceus a burn immunity, which lets it set up on Pokemon that would otherwise check it, such as support Arceus formes with Will-O-Wisp and non-Whirlwind Ho-Oh. It also grants a resistance to Koraidon's Flare Blitz and Calyrex-S's Grass Knot at the cost at the cost of Arceus's immunity to Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage. Arceus's Special Defense and HP EVs allow it to survive a +2 Tera Grass Calyrex-S Grass Knot or a +2 Tera Stellar Psychic from the same foe. Its Speed creeps it above fully invested, neutral-natured base 90 Pokemon such as Kyogre and Ho-Oh.

Bulk Up Arceus applies offensive pressure on Pokemon such as Arceus-Fairy, Arceus-Water, and defensive Ho-Oh, forcing them to stay at high enough HP to successfully stop a sweep. Its longevity relative to regular Extreme Killer Arceus makes it much more prominent on bulkier balance and bulky offense teams, where it frequently acts as a great Calyrex-S check and often threatens to sweep once the opponent's defensive Arceus formes and Ho-Oh are worn down. Bulk Up Arceus struggles with special wallbreakers, like Miraidon and Kyogre, as it can't OHKO them without multiple boosts, allowing them to force out or heavily damage it. Thus, Eternatus is a great partner for Bulk Up Arceus, leveraging its Water resistance to be one of the best Kyogre switch-ins, as well as spreading poison with Toxic Spikes and Toxic. Ting-Lu, being balance's best and only Miraidon check, is also a great partner to Bulk Up Arceus due to its Electric immunity and great Special Defense. Before Terastallizing, Arceus is also weak to Koraidon's Low Kick and burn inflicted by defensive Arceus formes, Ho-Oh, and Giratina-O. Arceus-Fairy is a great burn absorber, can force out Ho-Oh with Power Gem, acts as a great Koraidon switch-in, and easily spreads paralysis with Thunder Wave to make it easier for Arceus to set up. Arceus-Water is also a great switch-in to Ho-Oh, leveraging its Fire resistance and threatening it out with Judgment. It also helps slow down Zacian-C, using its Water typing to resist Behemoth Blade and threatening Zacian-C with Will-O-Wisp but at the cost of letting opposing Koraidon use Low Kick more freely than Arceus-Fairy. Bulk Up Arceus is a deadweight against stall due to Dondozo, Skeledirge, Skarmory, and Garganacl walling it effectively. Thus, it appreciates stallbreaking teammates, such as Miraidon and Calyrex-S, which also assist in breaking Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water. Zacian-C also proves to be a challenge for Bulk Up Arceus to break on its own, so it usually relies on teammates such as Ho-Oh or the aforementioned Arceus-Water to force Zacian-C to switch out and slowly chip it with entry hazard damage. Choice Scarf Koraidon is also a great offensive check to Zacian-C and Miraidon, threatening OHKOes with Flare Blitz and Outrage, respectively.

Bulk Up Arceus Ekiller serves as a potent late game setup sweeper and revenge killer, utilizing a +2 priority Extreme Speed boosted by Bulk Up. maybe try rewording it if you got an idea, first read i thought you mean +2 atk espeed, could be confusing, feels like it's a bit short too, lack something like "to beat it's opponents" or something like that Recover allows Arceus to set up on Pokemon such as other Arceus lacking Bulk Up, Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground, Various defensive Arceus formes lacking Will-O-Wisp and Koraidon after Terastallization. Tera Fire gives Arceus a burn immunity, a resistance to Ho-Oh's Sacred Fire and Koraidon's Flare Blitz, as well as a neutrality to Koraidon's Low Kick, but leave it vulnerable to Calyrex-Shadow-Rider Astral Barrage. Shadow Claw allows it to hit the Ghost types in the tier, such as Giratina-O and Calyrex-S Calyrex-Shadow-Rider and Giratina-Origin i'm just changing the order, it doesn't do much unboosted to gira-o, and caly-s is the main reason. add a line to mention this set is weak to status, dependent of Tera to not be burned, and getting paraed sucks on a priority user. Arceus's Special Defense and HP EVs allow it to survive a +2 Tera Grass Calyrex-Shadow Grass Knot, Or a +2 Tera Stellar Psychic. its Its Speed creeps it above fully invested neutral nature base 90 Pokemon such as Kyogre, and its Attack EVs maximize damage while maintaining its aforementioned advantages.

Bulk Up Arceus enables teammates such as Choice Scarf Koraidon and Giratina-Origin, as it forces significant damage on defensive Arceus Formes which these aforementioned pokemon struggle with. I don't really like this sentence, Bulk Up Ekiller is mostly a late game sweeper, using its defense boosting move to setup on opponents remaining mons at the end once the opponent lack options to deal with it, + it's only good vs fairyceus and if it tera fire/isn't wow fairy. Bulk Up Arceus struggles with special wallbreakers, like Miraidon and Kyogre, as Arceus has to switch or take significant damage and easily forced in revenge range. Mention Ting-Lu helping vs Miraidon here, and Eternatus being a great Kyogre check, also Ekiller enjoying hazards. Before Terastallization, Arceus is also weak to Koraidon's Low Kick and Burn inflicted by defensive Arceus Formes, Ho-Oh and Giratina-Origin. damn you like Gira-O so much Ting-Lu is BO's best and only Miraidon check, and therefore necessary on every team with Bulk Up Arceus. add it above like mentionned Arceus Fairy is a great burn absorber and can force out Ho-Oh with Power Gem and Judgement, and also acts as a great Koraidon switchin. Eternatus is a great non-specs Kyogre switchin, and can also threaten out defensive Arceus formes with the threat of Toxic. above too. Also, mention how it's deadweight into stall and that it appreciate having stallbreakers partners. You could mention how it appreciates Ho-Oh support vs Zacian-Crowned.
