Let's try this again...

Raichu-chan

EDIT: The first 6 are the Pokemon I normally use, Umbreon and Azelf sometimes replaces Raichu and either Vaporeon or Espeon.

Since I apparently did it wrong last time, here's my team again with a little more description :p

Eclair (F) @ Salac Berry
Ability: Static
EVs: 255 Spd/255 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Focus Punch
- Thunderbolt
- Substitute
- Nasty Plot

My all-time favorite Pokemon. I'm not so sure if I should lead with it though. As I said in my last thread, I'm new to this. I didn't know what else to do besides SubPunch and Thunderbolt, so I gave her Nasty Plot to power her up. I think I should have went with Charm instead or maybe Grassknot?

Ikaru (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 255 Spd/255 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Energy Ball
- Hypnosis
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt

My only male Pokemon on the team and the only special sweeper. I'm not sure if I should keep Energy Ball or replace it with Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast/Explosion. I think if I game him Explosion, he'd make a better lead than my Raichu.

Angel (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 255 Atk/255 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Swords Dance

I honestly didn't pick a Garchomp because of its insane popularity. I like it for how it looks mostly, just like every other Pokemon on my team. It's the only physical sweeper I have, which doesn't do me very good since she gets nailed with ice attacks. I don't know if I should replace Crunch with Fire Fang.

Aiseki (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP/129 Def/129 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Protect
- Surf
- Toxic

I probably should have made this one a SubPasser, but I didn't. I think Protect and Toxic work well on Vaporeon, or at least it has the few times I've used it.

Atoli (F) @ Nothing
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 255 Spd/255 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Baton Pass
- Psychic
- Wish

Calm Mind/Wish Passer, I mostly use her to help out my Gengar and Vaporeon. I don't know what else to do with it though. I don't know what to do for an item either.

Ability: Scrappy

Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink

My tank, not as good as a Blissey, but Miltank is more appealing to me. I've won more battles because of her than anything else on my team. My only problem is I run out of Body Slam fast, so I was thinking of replacing Heal Bell for Earthquake or another physical move.

I trained this guy to replace my Raichu. I needed another sweeper and this guy does the job pretty well. 1 or 2 Nasty Plots and it can destroy a team. I don't know what to do for an item. Focus Sash maybe?

Annoying Mean Look Passer. I haven't tried her out but once, and she did a good job of being annoying. Not sure if I should replace Espeon or Vaporeon with this one though.

The problem with raichu and pikachu is that they are just too frail to setup. Even with nasty plot, raichu isn't that good because of it's crappy defences. Charm isn't such a good idea, because of the reasons I said. Besides, it's just begging for metagross to switch in. I think a different pokemon altogether (sorry) is pretty much essential, because raichu isn't really good enough.:D

Explosion and sludge bomb arn't too good for leading gengar, but focus blast > energy ball. Make gar your lead.

Fire fang > crunch, for the unresisted combo. You'll be killing everything with dragon claw and earthquake anyway.

This works, but put those special defense EVs into special attack. Make it a bold nature and you're good to go.

Thanks for the help :3 Yeah, I know Raichu isn't too good, so what should I try to use instead?

And I assume Azelf and Umbreon are alright? You didn't say anything about them.

if you do give her fire punch, just remember that it is illegal with scrappy as an ability. fire punch is a 3rd gen tutor move and scrappy is a 4th gen ability.
 
Energy Ball doesn't benefit Gengar in any shape, size, or form. HP Fighting is much, much better.

EVing with 255 EV isn't really smart ._.

The EVs have to be divisable by 4, thus you get another 6EVs if you put 252EVs instead

So, HP Fighting? My Gengar doesn't have Fighting type Hidden Power, so would Focus Blast work?

Yeah, I guess that was a bad idea, but I can't change it now. I didn't think putting 6 EVs into another stat would be of much use, so I went with 255.
