What type of bug are you reporting? Validator

What is the bug?
In Gen 9 National Dex BH, it disallows Zygarde, saying "- Zygarde does not exist in Gen 9."

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Put Zygarde in a Gen 9 National Dex BH team and validate the team.

Also is this intended feature or a bug I have heard that every pokemon should exists
Certain megas like mega alakazam primal groudon and mega raquyaza

BH allows for all Pokémon that are hackable into the game, and while all of them exists in the game's code to some degree, certain formes arent accessible in battle because when you hack them ingame they revert back to base form when the battle begins, Zygarde-Complete being among those, so it can't be used in the format.

While this is true, the issue is that the validator for National Dex BH incorrectly blocks all Pokemon that are not available in Gen 9 from being used, including Pokemon such as base form Zygarde and all Megas.
 
Is there a complete list of what should be available but is currently being rejected by the validator? Or, is there a way to define which pokemon and/or forms are valid?
