OK I am going to call the tournament here.
Normally I'd be fine with letting it run longer but Fragments hasn't responded to scheduling attempts on his wall, and his only response to me on Discord was "extension" without providing any timeframe. Therefore, I am going to grant myself the act call here.
I guess this is one way to avoid bracket resets..
Anyways, hope everyone had fun. The CAP UU team will be looking through the replays and usage stats in the tour and updating the VR and possibly sample teams.

i would like to formally complain about tour host "spammernoob" clearly rigging the tournament, proof being:
1. he won it, i mean, what kind of tour host wins the tour they host???
2. he rigged the tour from the beginning. players who got the first three byes in round one were (in order) spammernoob, me, then fragments. coincidence? i think not.
3. he has the perfect motivation, i mean, who doesnt want an ababo???
