Kinetic's 11 PM AAA Power Rankings

Gholden Witches
18k Atha already puts them very high up in this list, add pyu and QT and you have the strongest AAA imo (only missing me :)). Atha builds can be unorthodox but are very solid and well piloted. I'd be surprised if Atha managed to uphold their 7-0 streak from last OMPL considering how much more stacked the AAA pool is this year imo, but it's not impossible. I think pyu is a solid player and builder and can bring some cool techs that can win games (plus Atha support). I doubt QT really needs to support but it's another thing that adds to their power.

Crazy Diamond Dialgas
O1 is a pretty strong player with past experience in AAAPL, and while I'm not sure of their building skills DFM + Glalie + LordBox should be more than enough for them to do well. I haven't seen Glalie play recently but they've put up decent results before and have good support so they should be at least on par with most of the pool. I think their AAA would be stronger if DFM was playing but unfortunately he's been locked in the PiC dungeon so :(. LordBox support should ensure these players at the very least go neutral probably though.

W VIRIZZIONS
shiloh is a very solid clicker with loads of past AAA experience. Add Betticus, fiora, and matte support to this, and they should be able to do pretty well. matte has little results (that I can remember at least) but I think they can be alright with good teams. I think a lot of their success depends on how well Betticus and fiora are able to support since I personally haven't seen either play the meta very much recently and they seem to be the primary builders on their team.

Pink Ponyta Club
The Ponytas have put all their eggs in one basket with Glory as more or less the only builder with cat somewhat being able to help (cat what happened to drafting me for every team tour :sob:). That being said Glory is a great choice for this being one of the top builders imo and a great pilot. If feen can learn the meta and how to pilot Glory's unusual teams they should be able to do pretty well as a clicker, but it might take them a few weeks considering Glory's takes on the meta compared to most other people.

Heart Takers
ghostlike can build some pretty weird but good teams, but I'm personally not super impressed with their clicking skills. Stareal is a good clicker with past experience in the tier, but idt they really build that much so I think their performance will largely depend on the teams being passed to them. Ivar might be able to pass more standard solid teams to them, but if they're too busy with BH and/or other tiers then it depends on how well Stareal can use whatever ghostlike throws at them.

Zoomer Zeraoras
Everyone swears Siamato is cracked but I'm like 99% sure he's washed and not super motivated so I'm not sure he'll able to keep up with the more competitive pool this year. I'm also unsure of Lana's building skills here, which means Siamato might have to figure out good teams here fast or get help from Osake (does he even still play...). Lana is a good clicker but I think their performance will really depend on the teams they're able to bring. No one on their team is really a standout name which makes it tough for them to have a good season imo.

Commanders
Unfortunately the Commanders did not prioritize AAA during their draft. With no mainers to speak of (I'm pretty sure crow crumbs has like barely touched the tier before at least) and clickers slotted in both slots it's not looking like a good time for them. I doubt RoFnA will be motivated to build teams outside of his own slot, and I don't really know enough about Maybca's building to say how it'll have an impact. I think their success really depends on how quickly crow crumbs and Iride are able to learn the meta and build teams.

Welcome to the Power Rankings for the 13th edition of OMPL! This is the fourth edition of these power rankings, with the goal of these rankings to hype up the upcoming few weeks and give a representation of where each team is believed to stand in relation to the other teams. To obtain these rankings, for every single tier, we have asked managers and their players to rank everyone not on their team in that tier. To further reduce bias, the highest and lowest scores from each tier were removed when calculating the stats. The calculation for the total score is determined by the sum of scores for each tier; first place gets 8 points, second place gets 7 points, etc. AAA is treated as one when ranking but its score is doubled for final calculation
Even though the whole system serves to be as unbiased as possible, it does not mean these rankings will be predicative of final results! If you or your team end up low on this power ranking, please don't take it to heart; this tournament is meant to be fun and it is up to you to prove opinions wrong! However, if you feel that your pride hinges on these rankings, you may feel free to voice your complaints to the hosts and they will be answered.
