Resource SV UU Speedlist [update 14/07/2025]

Update 23/10/2024:
Following the update of the VR, the SV UU Speedlist has been updated.
Feel free to highlight an omission of my part or to submit a spread I may have forgotten.
Removed :
• Zapdos has been removed from the Speedlist since it rised to OU.
• Chansey has been removed from the Speedlist due to the drop of Blissey
• Cyclizar and Grimmsnarl has been removed from the Speedlist.

Added :
• Weavile has been added to the Speedlist.
• Heatran (252 speed and 160 speed) has been added to the Speedlist.
• Clodsire has been added to the Speedlist.
• Skarmory (48 speed) has been added to the Speedlist.
• Blissey has been added to the Speedlist.
• Conkeldurr has been added to the Speedlist.
• Weezing-Galar has been added to the Speedlist.
• Iron Jugulis (252 speed and 252 speed at +1) has been added to the Speedlist.
• Magnezone (252 speed and 252+ speed) has been added to the Speedlist.
• Palossand has been added to the Speedlist.
• Reuniclus (0 speed and 44 speed) has been added to the Speedlist.
• Slowbro has been added to the Speedlist.
• Defensive Polteageist (195 speed and 390 speed at +2) has been added to the Speedlist.

Adamant Scarf Shoa should be here and same with Zarude they can easily afford it as you still outpace +1 exca, also okidogi should be taken off entirely as it is banned. And if we're being silly I would like to see scarf Heatran as it is actually kinda cool.

It's been a while but the SV UU Speedlist has been updated.
Feel free to highlight an omission of my part or to submit a spread I may have forgotten, especially this time since there was lot quite a few things to remove/add so I'm confident I may have missed some things.
 
You should add +2 Thundy-T to the list. I don't know the exact spread they've typically been using, but Double Dance Thundy-T sets have been a pretty solid option for HO for a while now.

edit: if Barraskewda's gonna stay on here, you should probably have +2 because being a rain sweeper is it's whole thing.

1. Max speed empo feels weird... supposedly it won a game but idk. its neither common nor something that people use

2. there is an analysis spread for 128 enamorus-t and that has existed for quite some time, why is 0 and 252 the only spreads rn

3. Gard at 80 neutral is a spread that exists.. while this is only when its knocked off its still a spread that exists and may even come into play once it gets tricked

4. what is rotom-w and heatran running 230 for? the next pokemon is at 224 which is tink

5. Modest scarf hydrei is a common analysis I hear and i feel its worthwile to include

6. Torn runs 352 quite often to beat the latios/cornerstone and others in that range

7. Mienshao is currently unranked so it feels odd to include

9. We also have this mence spread that sits at 260, is that out of date but i feel special mence was smth to be thought quite highly about before

10. H lilligant and venusaur exist on sun, i feel adding their spreads on there might be a nice thing at +2 and at +0

Added.

4. For Rotom-Wash → This was before the rise of Scizor (229 for Adamant 252 speed). Since there isn't a new common spread for those, I'll just remove them before a new one appears.
