What motive does scum!me have to risk my modest amount of towncred by deviating from my (fairly milquetoast) scumreads and launching into a case involving you and skipper? And why would I then abandon that if the alternative was going back to my buddy ch3mdah? And if ch3mdah and NE are both scum, why would scum!me bother diverting attention from one bus to another instead of staying neutral about it and pushing someone like Evie?

N1 - Evie: No Info - She was acting suspicious to me, that's all there was to it (I don't remember if Evie claimed doc D1 or D2)
