quick qualifier PRs in my humble opinion
1. west - zero weak slots. maybe slightly lower peaks than midwest but consistency in all slots is how you break through qualis and west should have that on lock beyond any competition this year
2. midwest - most of this roster should be playing in main event no questions asked, though there are some weaker slots too. but ultimately the star power across the board is just higher than the rest of the qualifying teams, and the "weak" slots would start in most other teams too
3. belgium - many quality slots, like 5 or more have proven that they can hang at main event level already. will remain to be seen if the fillers (especially the non-rands mains coming over to fill) transition smoothly here, but i'm cautiously optimistic
4. brazil - similar to belgium, 5ish clear main event quality players, will see if the rest step up. i am a bit less optimistic about this group than belgium overall, but definitely a similar if not higher ceiling if everything clicks for them
5. canada - career ended + zap in qualifiers should be illegal, and they got a couple more sick players, but the average level feels a bit lower here to me compared to other contenders
6. bangladesh - a handful of serious players with good rands experience here, they could carry and will need to, but definitely a real chance to qualify
7. mexico - decent level across the board and not many slots i would consider outright weak, but many of these guys are not especially familiar with rands and i figure that will come back to bite them as a team
8. portugal - a couple standout names that i trust to put in a good shift, but a lot of unproven ones too. will need a lot of on-paper shaky slots to lock in and bring wins if they want to qualify
9. argentina - a lot of names that are not at all known to me, excited to see destro in rands but all in all not many highlights and a lot of unknowns so its hard to rate highly
10. venezuela - like argentina, but missing even that little bit of name recognition. they'll need to work hard
11. guatemala - target should be to improve on last year's results

definitely correct main event PRs
1. Italy (unbiased)
2. US Northeast (annoys me because half of these motherfuckers think they are individually #1 greatest player to walk this earth and theyre just not, but when you get a lot of #2 and #3 in one team you end up at the top of the rankings anyways)
3. US South (almost as good as northeast with none of the unwarranted ego, rooting for ya if its not us)
4. United Kingdom (ionnss mikon is as close to a guaranteed 10-0 start as it gets, rest of the team is kinda mid but good enough to get there from a 10-0 start)
5. Oceania (almost every slot is top half but less absolute peak players)
6. India (a lot of very high peaks, esp. the gen9 trio surely the strongest of the tour alongside ours, but also many problem slots)
7 through 12 - China, US Midwest, US West, Latin America, Netherlands, Asia in some order (midwest roster changes should improve results a LOT theyre probably not as chopped anymore)
13 through 16 - Africope, Canada, Belgium, France in some order
17 and 18 - Spain Germany sorry but i dont know half of your starters
