6PH PVR
S tier
Glory - best actual innovation + builder in the tier. Despite their grievances with playing the game itself, builds are always top-notch and playing skill matches that.
A tier - most likely Bo3 players, high quality.
Aerobee - Despite waning(?) (as of last I know) interest in the tier and the fact that they're managing, builds are solid and play is top-notch. Interest level brings him down a little for me, but still easily 2nd best.
NtotheN - solid builds, solid enough clicks. Lots of experience. Could easily support both 6 slots, so they're well worth investment. Builds can feel a little formulaic at times.
Excaliju - Flexible enough builder, good clicker. Positive tour records need little introduction as to display of skill.
Ransei - ALMOST FORGOT LMAO, Easily one of the most experienced. Lots of knowledge, will build, good clicker.
Jb291 - don't quite know much about them, fantastic tour record first HPL, Quite solid teams.
B tier - builders and/or clickers with experience
Sussyamongusdrip - Good clicker with lots of experience. unique teams that are always good, just slot them in 7 though. (here solely because it's a waste to slot them in 6)
Ballfire - again great records, solid builder and player, plenty of experience, highly recommend.
Berry - Plenty of experience, solid player, not as motivated/able to build every week from what I've seen, good clicking.
Iguana - solid player, plenty of Experience, did decently in HPL 1, can build and play for themself well.
Ghastlypixie - builder, clicker, amazing team support and positivity. Does it all. A must draft for any team
blahpy - Sign up ty
Guysmash - decent all-rounder for ph, solid enough pick, wants support.
Teamo - good clicker, I think they're a decent builder? They have more experience in PH specifically so I put them here because they can support builds afaik.
Sheep Liver - plenty of experience, would like support to check teams, but is fully capable of making their own teams and winning.
maxouille - decent boths for ph, haven't played them/seen them play in a while so idk skill.
Lycanrockwastaken - decent enough builder. Needs support, not the best clicker. Can build and pass asw.
Podra - decent ladder warrior from what I remember, I think I've played them before and they didn't seem terrible. Heavy support.
B2 tier, -> clickers
ok I lied subtier this is more clickers and people who I know (or have at least heard) are somewhat skilled. Might place some of them above B tiers because they click way better, but idk teambuilding skill.
Clas - idk em, they play other tiers well and do a lot of hackmons stuff of all kinds.
Ineros - good clicker, prob needs building support
Onyx onix 7 - slot them in BH.
Rei - lots of tours, good clicker (?).
Rarre - did a little digging, decent tour player it looked like
C tier - idk most of these people well/they're support or sub material, or I've forgotten due to my shitty memory
