SV RU I think this RU team can be okay.

This team is a sticky web team

Let's start with the first Pokémon on the team chandelure this is my spin blocker of choice, as it is also an offensive. With flamethrower it can get rid of mast grass type Pokémon, with inferno it can burn targets while being taunted. With energy ball it can get ride of water types and rock types and shadow ball for stab.

Ribombee is mainly just their to set up stick web, but it has protect to get around scarfed Pokémon. You could also keep it alive for later if you want to. It also has pounce to slow down lead Pokémon.

The next Pokémon is tera dark mew as this is the first wall breaker on this team with a move set of crunch, psychic fangs, dragon dance and earthquake. The item of choice is black glasses to power up mew's crunch. The general idea of this mew set is to suprise your opponent as most mews are supporting sets or special sets so this can get the jump on them.

The next Pokémon is a choice band Jirachi as the next wall breaker. It has the move set of iron head, fire punch, ice punch and thunder punch. This Pokémon is to deal with slower Pokémon especially with that choice band to get that extra damage. Tera steel is there to power up iron head.

The next Pokémon is Raikou. Raikou is more of a late game cleaner but it can be used in the middle of the game. It can also be a thunder wave absorber if needed to be. The main point of Raikou is to get rid of Pokémon that is weak to electric.

The last Pokémon on this team in Meloetta. Meloetta is also for suprise just like mew as it is a mix set. This will through of most opponents as it has amazing stats when it transforms between it's two different forms changing it counters. With a move set of relic song, Psychic, Drain punch and Ice punch Meloetta can hit most of RU for neutral damage. It also has colbur berry if it needs help with dealing with dark type Pokémon.

I think this team is a solid team as it has it's ups and downs just like all teams. I also beat somebody who was 1413 rated on the Ladder which is just a few points away from top 500.

Alright, so I think there are quite a few issues with this team, but I do believe that we can make it better.

:sv/chandelure:
Alright, so chandelure is a unique mon, and I can see what you are trying to do with it. However the moveset needs some changes. I made it colbur berry with cm and tera fairy. With this moveset, you can effectively spinblock the number one rapid spinner in the tier, cyclizar. It can't do a whole lot to it, but it still trades nicely for teammates. Inferno is just not really a good move with its 50% accuracy.

:sv/ribombee:
Protect is definetely an interesting move on ribombee, but with sticky webs, most non Gapdos scarfers will be slown down. So I just made it a standard set.

:sv/gallade:
Mew isn't a bad Pokemon in the tier, far from it, but physical attacking mew isn't good, so I replaced it with one of the core web mons, gallade. This is just a simple SD set that will break through any walls in the tier, and with chandelure helping against armarouge, that MU is a lot more dealable.

:sv/jirachi:
Typically physical jirachi is more suited to a supporting role. So I went with two different options for it. The first is a supporting set that utilises a set of stealth rock, iron head, u-turn and healing wish. This means that you can get teammates in to battle while also healing up a low health teammate. Rocky helmet can punish physical attackers quite nicely as well. The second, is a cm sweeper set, which ensures that jirachi can pose an effective threat to teams. Shadow ball is chosen here to beat opposing jirachi easier.

:sv/raikou:
Raikou is definetely a good pick here, but I think the set needs some tweaking. CM raikou is a devestating wincon and gives your team some much needed speed. With LO, it can also break effectively, which is really nice for the team. Tera fighting is here to help against bisharp sucker punch, which is otherwise a pain in the neck for this team, even with colbur berry chandelure.

:sv/bisharp:
Finally, meloetta is simply not a good pokemon in RU, especially a physical set. Therefore, bisharp has replaced it, which is a nice defog deterrent for the team. Max speed means that bisharp can outspeed as much as it wants under webs, which is really nice for it. Low kick is chosen here to help with opposing bisharp, with tera ghost allowing it to beat fighting types 1v1.

Heres an importable for both versions of the team.

Chandelure (Sash special attacker)

In the current RU, Chandelure can function as a breaker or even a Trick Scarf, but as a lead Sash, it's not as effective.

Inferno is quite weak (50% accuracy, not worth it).

Suggestion: If you're a lead, use Shadow Ball / Fire Blast / Energy Ball / Taunt or Will-O-Wisp. If you're a breaker, switch to Specs/Scarf.

Ribombee (Sticky Web)

It's actually the most common web setter in the tier, but:

Its ability should always be Shield Dust.

HP EVs don't help—you'll fall anyway. Better 252 SpA / 252 SpA.

Moveset: Sticky Web / Moonblast / Stun Spore or U-turn / Psychic or Encore. Pounce and Protect are a waste.

Mew (Physical Dragon Dance)

This set is creative, but in practice it doesn't work well in RU.

Mew in this tier is best as a bulky utility (Rocks, Knock, Wisp, Defog).

DD + 3 attacks is inconsistent, losing to common checks (Bronzong, Donphan, Krookodile).

Suggestion: either change the set to utility Mew, or swap the slot for a more reliable sweeper (Salamence, Virizion, Bruxish, etc.).

Jirachi (Choice Band)

Band Rachi is non-standard — and MUCH inferior to Scarf Rachi in the RU meta.

The usual thing is to use Scarf with U-turn + Iron Head + coverage, because you need speed control.

CB is easy to exploit, since you get stuck.

Raikou (Magnet special attacker)

Magnet is too weak. Specs, Leftovers, or Boots are better.

The moveset is good for coverage, but Scald without STAB doesn't put as much pressure on you.

Raikou in RU is good with Calm Mind + 3 attacks, and can be a wincon.

Meloetta (Relic Song gimmick)

This set is VERY inconsistent. Relic Song needs setup and opportunity, and Meloetta doesn't have enough bulk or speed in RU for that.

Meloetta usually uses Choice Specs / Choice Scarf as a breaker or revenge killer.

This slot is weakening you a lot.
