Prob just cuz lele is both frail and while not weak often misses ohkos even on super effective targets. Thus making it perfect fodder for being set up on

Lele expects to outspeed and OHKO Zamazenta, and often attempts to revenge kill it with its strong STABs
With Assault Vest, Zamazenta miraculously takes any hit from Lele and easily KOs it back with Heavy Slam. This set also serves to soft check Volcarona, Kyurem, and can surprise Hatterene, Mega Diancie, Clefable, and Iron Valiant.

It's moreso based on luring Lele to revenge kill it rather than switching in directly. Also, they must click Psyshock over Psychic (which sees slightly more usage than Psyshock) or Moonblast, and it is still a roll close to 50% to kill.

Dragon Dance on the switchin, and then kill it with Stone Edge.

Alternatively, you can actually land the move by using up the Z Crystal.

Also useful for the birds.
Btw Meda I would've brought Staravia if it actually killed Kyurem.
