Guh... Again!!! DO-DEE-DO! gagagigo

Bronzong @ Heat Rock
252HP/100DEF/156SPA
Modest|Levitate
-Sunny Day
-SolarBeam
-Gyro Ball
-Psychic

Sets up Sunny Day, Sweeps with SolarBeam, Psychic or Gyro Ball. (Type Dependant) Makes a Brill Lead!

Exeggutor @ Heat Rock
4HP/252SPA/252SPE
Jolly|Chlorophyll
-Sunny Day
-SolarBeam
-Sleep Powder
-Explosion

The reason why Bronzong doesn't use Explosion. My favourite Pokemon, In sun, it can basically outspeed anything and sweep with SolarBeam.

Ninjask @ Focus Sash
4HP/252ATK/252SPE
Jolly|Speed Boost
-Sunny Day
-Swords dance
-Baton Pass
-X-Scissor

Ninjask. Designed to switch into Heatran and Torterra after a few SDs, Speed Boosts and maybe a Sunny Day.

Heatran @ Leftovers
244HP|136SPA|128SPE
Impish|Flash Fire
-Earth Power
-Fire Blast
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Heatran ResTalker. Nuff Said. He is good with Ninjask and co. And he Sweeps until low HP, the Rest, then Talk...OBV BLAH! BOOM!

Torterra @ Leftovers
252HP|216DEF|40SPE
Bashful|Overgrow
-Roar
-Stealth Rock
-Synthesis
-Earthquake

Forces switches, Walls, and Sweeps. What more could you want? My Second Favourite Pokemon. (After Exeggutor)

Starmie @ Leftovers
172HP|120SPA|216SPE
Naive|Natural Cure
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Recover
-Thunderbolt

Alright, this is the last guy, but it does leave me with a WHOPPING weakness to Weavile.

Use quiet if you're going to use gyro ball too, or Relaxed

You want modest over Jolly, don't worry about sunny day on this, it's better suited for bulkier pokemon, give it a life orb, and HP ice over sunny day

This REALLY should be used as a lead if you're going to sash it, you really have nothing to pass too, however, since your BP receivers won't be breaking the sound barrier anytime soon, a CM passer like espeon would help you to no end here

Modest over impish, otherwise fine

Heatran ResTalker. Nuff Said. He is good with Ninjask and co. And he Sweeps until low HP, the Rest, then Talk...OBV BLAH! BOOM!

Impish nature, pick either roar or SR, put wood hammer over the other, using both sounds good but it limits your sweeping potential

In a sunny day team? If you have a weavile weak, i've found that scizor works well in sunny day teams, and would give ninjask something to pass to.

Alright, this is the last guy, but it does leave me with a WHOPPING weakness to Weavile.

Changes in bold.
You have a pretty big problem with mamoswine, it can punch it's way through 2/3's of your team, though bronzong and starmie can come in on certain attacks and spell doom (Though zong can't take curse mamo and starmie can't take EQ/stone edge well).
You also want something to take out Tyranitar, hippowdon, and abomasnow, a blaziken can deal with all three and a scarfed typhlosion can take the latter two with eruption and the first with focus blast, specs eruption in the sun does a right number on blissey too.

The next problem with your team is that you lack any special walls, you have two physical tanks and a restalker, umbreon is a pretty good special tank in sunny day teams, Blissey is also an obvious choice to fill the hole, dusknoir works too.

The third issue is the fact that your team wastes too many turns stalling, weather teams (barring hail and SS) need to be very offensively oriented with walls to fall back on to restart the sun/rain, pokemon designed to stay in and stall are a waste of time.

There's probably more issues with your team, but i'm too tired to go into them.
