[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Specs helps Spectrier to take full advantage of its phenomenal Special Attack stat, by making sure it is able to repeatedly OHKO any Pokemon after it has been damaged by chip or entry hazards, allowing Spectrier to sweep easily with the assist of Grim Neigh. Shadow Ball destroys Ghost-types like Sinistcha and Gholdengo with ease, and breaks bulky threats like Toxapex, Archaludon, and Physically Defensive Corviknight. Draining Kiss is a great coverage move for hitting Dark-types such as non-Choice Scarf Roaring Moon, Hydriegon, and non-Choice Scarf Meowscarada. With the help of status spreading from Gholdengo and Pecharunt, Hex effectively breaks Poison Heal Gliscor, and decimate statused special walls like Clodsire, and Articuno. Will-O-Wisp also burns Alolan Muk, Ting-Lu and Hisuian Goodra to cripple them severely before breaking them despite the type resists. Psychic is Spectrier’s strongest coverage move, as it can check Poison- and Fighting-types like Iron Moth, the aforementioned Clodsire, and defensive Great Tusk, while also being the strongest move to threaten Normal-types. Hyper Beam cleanly OHKOes Ogerpon-H and Ogerpon-W after chip damage.

Physical Dragapult is a phenomenal teammate, pressuring foes that Spectrier struggles to break, such as Assault Vest Iron Hands, Hoopa-U, and Hisuian Goodra, all of which would otherwise threaten Spectrier in the long run. Choice Scarf Flutter Mane destroys Dark-types with Moonblast such as Roaring Moon and Choice Specs Dragapult, while being able to use Coverage options such as Thunderbolt to eliminate Barraskewda outside of Rain. Swords Dance Hisuian Zoroark grants its allies an immunity to Ghost-type moves and can disguise itself as Spectrier with Illusion, to trick opponents. After falling for the bait it then threatens physically frail checks to Spectrier such as Ting-Lu, Blissey, and Heatran with a +2 Low Kick. Bulky Gholdengo can weaken numerous foes such as Garganacl and Alolan Muk; targets Spectrier can’t OHKO, while also being able to absorb status moves from status spreaders using its infamous ability Good as Gold. Pecharunt pivots Spectrier in with Parting Shot to let it come in on a foe that it cannot beat, while also checking physical attackers such as Azumarill with Malignant Chain. Brambleghast is an excellent ally as it can set entry hazards to make it easier for Spectrier to KO its respective Fire-type type checks in Heatran and opposing Ceruledge. Brambleghast can also act as a spinner to allow Spectrier safer entry from entry hazards. Focus Sash Ceruledge is an amazing physical wallbreaker that can easily set up a Swords Dance before attacking with its priority, picking off opposing Flutter Mane in the event of Mirror Ghost. Its also a great check against Alolan Muk and Articuno who can both be dangerous special walls if not handled quickly. Finally, Skeledirge is a very valuable teammate for Spectrier, as it not only checks Scizor, Lokix, and Weavile, but also spreading Will-O-Wisp burns to Dragonite and Azumarill to guarantee a safer sweep in the late-game.

Quietly emerging from the shadows it came from, this majestical spectral equine finds itself being of the three strongest special attackers in the entirety of Gen 9. With that said, Spectrier finds itself on almost every single Ghost-type team due to it’s phenomenal Special Attack, Speed, signature ability, and capability to snowball into a dangerous special attacking nuke that can KO every opposing Pokemon in its sight with its STAB moves and coverages, wether they resist or not. (Fluff, we don't need this)

Why are we running Specs? Explain how Choice Specs Spectrier becomes a devastating wallbreaker for Ghost teams. Shadow Ball, one of Spectrier’s main spammable STAB moves, is nearly unresisted by almost all Pokemon it comes in contact with thanks to its Choice Specs. Destroying Ghost-type Pokemon like Flutter Mane, Sinistcha, and Gholdengo with ease, and breaking bulky threats like Hydrappple Toxapex and Corviknight making it an effective way to quickly stack up boosts from Grim Neigh and snowball the opposing team with its gradually growing Special Attack with ease. (Fluff) Draining Kiss is a great coverage move for hitting Dark-types such as Roaring Moon, non-Choice Scarf Meowscarada, and Hisuian Samurott, while hitting Dragon-type threats like Dragapult, and Archuldon before the two of them take Spectrier out themselves with their own moves. (Hamu has sucker/could be scarf which are both bad, pult outspeeds and we would hit with SBall anyway, and Arch is also another SBall target) Hex, in tandem with Will-O-Wisp cripples and heavily damages a large array of defensive threats such as Corviknight, Toxapex, and Hisuian Goodra, whole all would easily be able to wall and KO a Choice-locked Spectrier without any issues. (Hex is mainly to benefit from teammates like Gholdengo and Pecharunt that can spread status along with dealing with Gliscor and statused special walls like Clodsire and Articuno) Psychic is another good coverage move to have as it can OHKO Poison- and Fighting-types like Okidogi, the aforementioned Toxapex, and Great Tusk. (Psychic is much more for Clodsire, mention also that it is Spectrier's strongest move to hit normal with maybe?) Hyper Beam may look like an odd move for Spectrier to have, but it carves itself a good niche by being the only move to guarantee an OHKO on any Pokemon damaged by chip who doesn’t resist Normal-type moves. Making it a good and subtle way to secure an easy boost from Grim Neigh. (Hyper beam is used to get an OHKO on the Ogerpon formes after spikes chip) Where Will-O-Wisp? (We're using that to burn Hisuian Goodra and Alolan Muk whom are otherwise bad matchups)

Skeledirge is a valuable teammate for Spectrier, as it not only has the physical bulk to withstand a few hits from physical attackers before going down, but can also safely check Ceruledge and Scizor, preventing them from using their Speed and priority moves to threaten Spectrier or force it out. (Move to last, but I'm not sure if it should even be here, I'll decide on it later) Physical Dragapult is another a phenomenal teammate, pressuring foes that Spectrier cannot hit struggles to break, such as Galarian Moltres, Ceruledge, and Alolan Muk (Most of these are better covered by other teammates, GMolt by Flutter, AMuk by Ceru, and Ceru is checked by Spectrier after a spike anyway) Assault Vest Iron Hands, Hoopa-U, and Hisuian Goodra, all of which would otherwise threaten Spectrier in the long run. Choice Scarf Flutter Mane and Mimikyu destroy all Dark-types with their STAB moves and coverage Moonblast, while also using their Speed and priority to pick off or chip foes that Spectrier can’t OHKO, such as Choice Scarf Roaring Moon and Assault Vest Great Tusk Choice Specs Dragapult. Finally, Hisuian Zoroark, which provides a Ghost-type immunity, and bulky setup sweeper Gholdengo (This reads horribly, expand on Hisuian Zoroark and Gholdengo) can weaken numerous foes such as Clodsire and Ting-Lu; targets Spectrier can’t OHKO, by dealing enough chip damage to let Spectrier finish them off along with any other threats that stand in its way. Add Pecharunt for pivoting Spectrier in with Parting Shot along with Brambleghast and Froslass for their Spikes support and Ceruledge for another physical breaker + Priority.
Ping when implemented.

wait, why did you delete the bottom part of the first part of the paragraph and in the shadow ball part . It explains the Choice Specs use

Psychic is Spectrier’s strongest coverage move, as it can OHKO Poison- and Fighting-types like Okidogi, the aforementioned Clodsire, and defensive Great Tusk, while also being the strongest move to threaten Normal-types, specifically Hisuian Zoroark. Hyper Beam cleanly OHKOes all of the Ogerpon formes after chip damage.

Physical Dragapult is a phenomenal teammate, pressuring foes that Spectrier struggles to break, such as Assault Vest Iron Hands, Hoopa-U, and Hisuian Goodra, all of which would otherwise threaten Spectrier in the long run. Choice Scarf Flutter Mane destroys all Dark-types with Moonblast and coverage, while also using its Speed to pick off or chip foes that Spectrier can’t OHKO, such as Choice Scarf Roaring Moon and Choice Specs Dragapult while being able to use Coverage options such as Thunderbolt to weaken targets like Assault Vest Tornadus-T. Hisuian Zoroark provides Ghost-type immunity for its allies while also being able to safely come in and trick foes with Illusion and hit them with its STAB and coverage moves when they least expect it (Expand on what Hisui Zoro can do for Spectrier), and on the contrary bulky setup sweeper Gholdengo can weaken numerous foes such as Clodsire and Ting-Lu; Alolan Muk and Garganacl; targets Spectrier can’t OHKO, by dealing enough chip damage to let Spectrier finish them off along with any other threats that stand in its way. Pecharunt pivots Spectrier in with Parting Shot, to let it come in on a foe that it cannot beat (add in status spreading with Mag chain + it checking physical attackers like Azumarill). Brambleghast and Froslass are excellent allies as they can set entry hazards setters to make it easier for their allies to KO their respective Fire-type type checks in Heatran and opposing Ceruledge (Add lass also being able to help spread status while bramble can spin to give Spectrier easier entry). Focus Sash Ceruledge can is an amazing physical wallbreaker that can easily set up a Swords Dance before attacking with its priority, picking off opposing Flutter Mane in the event of Mirror Ghost. (Its also a good check to special walls like Alolan Muk and Articuno) Finally, Skeledirge is a very valuable teammate for Spectrier, as it not only has the physical bulk to withstand a few hits from physical attackers before going down, but can also safely check Ceruledge and Scizor, preventing them from using their Speed and priority moves to threaten Spectrier or force it out. (It spreads Will-O-Wisp to burn special walls and checks Scizor, doesn't really handle Ceruledge at all)
I want to have one last read when this is all implemented. Also please stop pinging me while I'm writing, it will be ready when its ready.

(This needs to be reworked into something better, also Zoro-H is OHKOed by CB Scizor and Spectrier just clicks Specs Shadow Ball into ghold anyway so they're not good examples) Bulky Gholdengo can weaken numerous foes such as Garganacl and Alolan Muk; targets Spectrier can’t OHKO, by dealing enough chip damage to let Spectrier finish them off along with any other threats that stand in its way. With the help of status spreading from Gholdengo and Pecharunt, Hex effectively breaks Poison Heal Gliscor, and decimate statused special walls like Clodsire, and Articuno. - Add Will-O-Wisp sentence here, as Peng mentioned b4 we are utilizing it to burn alolan muk, Ting-Lu, and Hoodra. Psychic is Spectrier’s strongest coverage move, as it can check Poison- and Fighting-types like Iron Moth, the aforementioned Clodsire, and defensive Great Tusk, while also being the strongest move to threaten Normal-types. Hyper Beam cleanly OHKOes Ogerpon-H and Ogerpon-W all of the Ogerpon formes after chip damage. [we dont take out rockpon, not even close. this is only for fire and waterpon.]

Physical Dragapult is a phenomenal teammate, pressuring foes that Spectrier struggles to break, such as Assault Vest Iron Hands, Hoopa-U, and Hisuian Goodra, all of which would otherwise threaten Spectrier in the long run. Choice Scarf Flutter Mane destroys Dark-types with Moonblast such as Roaring Moon and Choice Specs Dragapult, while being able to use Coverage options such as Thunderbolt to eliminate weaken targets like Barraskewda outside of Rain Assault Vest Tornadus-T. [Honestly I would talk about the SD Horo set here instead of the utility one as it can lure in the Ting-Lu, Heatran, and Blissey by disguising itself as the horse thanks to illusion and handling them with +2 Low Kick.] Bulky Gholdengo can weaken numerous foes such as Garganacl and Alolan Muk; targets Spectrier can’t OHKO, by dealing enough chip damage to let Spectrier finish them off along with any other threats that stand in its way. [I would just talk about how Gholdengo handles Alolan Muk, Articuno, and Garganacl for Spectrier while also being a Status absorber for the horse thanks to Good as Gold.] Pecharunt pivots Spectrier in with Parting Shot to let it come in on a foe that it cannot beat, while also checking physical attackers like Azumarill and Iron Valiant [The horse already handles it with Shadow Ball. 252 SpA Choice Specs Spectrier Shadow Ball vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Iron Valiant: 319-376 (110.3 - 130.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO] with Malignant Chain. Brambleghast and Froslass are excellent allies as they can set entry hazards setters to make it easier for Spectrier their allies to KO their respective Fire-type type checks in Heatran and opposing Ceruledge. Brambleghast can also act as a spinner to allow Spectrier safer entry from entry hazards, while Froslass can use its great Speed to spread lots of status onto to foes, weakening them much further.
