since player signups are closed i thought id make a quick PR of players i recognise since no one has done any (meaning ignoring doubles players cause idk any of them) and not sorting by tiers cause im too lazy and there's overlap. if u dont like my placements then idk go x-0 then and prove me completely wrong since that seems to be a trend with PRs these days
S Tier
DFM - Pretty self-explanatory they're good at SV both as a builder and as a player even if they didn't get to play in OMPL much they have done really well in SSNL and Open while also having some knowledge in building the more esoteric tiers like UU, Ubers, SS and Doubles which is a great bonus given how scarce some of the slots are for builders.
A Tier
QT - Fairly solid player overall, gone pretty deep in SSNL and Open even if their teams are a bit generic and more importantly they're one of few players who actually intimately know SS and can play it well which given the pool is very valuable.
O1 - Very solid player and pretty decent builder, has gone positive in basically every AAA slot they've played (AAAPL, OMWC, OMPL) and has done fairly decent in SSNL while having also done pretty well in NDAMPL as a NatDex player though with builder support still makes them pretty flexible.
feen - Has proven themselves recently in OMPL with a positive showing, that being said they did rely on builder support pretty heavily it seems so probably less independent than other choices but still a solid player.
Iride - Solid overall player, having done decent in OMPL as a builder and player for SV while also having a very solid background in NatDex which makes them a pretty well-rounded choice for most teams even if you dont really need a NatDex slot.
Glaliegoesboom - They've proven themselves as a good player and builder in OMPL as well as SSNL, even if they don't like the meta much and is a somewhat flexible slot since they've also done pretty well in NDAMPL playing and building NatDex while also having played and done decently well in UU which is a pretty tight pool so overall solid choice though motivation may be questionable.
Greybaum - They haven't played much SVAAA at a high teamtour level recently but they have done pretty well in both Open and SSNL and is generally a pretty good player with some very unique and funky builds, though they might be busy with other teamtours still a pretty solid choice.
pannu - Similar to Greybaum they've performed mostly in Open and SSNL where they've done pretty well overall, they've also got experience with UU, having done pretty well in the tier last year though idk if they'll support the slot this year.
B+ Tier
Osake - Even though they've excluded both SS and SV they're still a fine player and probably can build fine for the more volatile tiers they've allowed themselves to play like UU and NatDex (and passing builds for SS probably still works lol) since they did win that Money tour though that was a while ago.
Hera - I have not seen them in a while but they put up pretty decent results in SV the last time they showed up and more importantly have that sweet sweet SS knowledge (even though they complain about that meta too) so probably a fine pick as long they don't crash out.
matte - Solid builder and decent player overall having done so for a lot of AAA teamtours now and have done ok in individual tours even if not the greatest results in OMPL still a good pick.
B Tier
Wifi - They're pretty new but have done surprisingly well in SSNL and have some experience from OMFL as well, don't know how independent they are as a builder but they're probably not a bad pick for an SV slot with some extra help.
Codename C.A.T - The rare Ubers builder and player who did pretty well in last year's AAAPL even if they got extra support, they also seem to have knowledge about SS which in this pool is also cool though idk how good they are at the meta but they made some forum posts so good enough to my eyes.
Tbp24 - Decent player and builder for SV that has done ok in SSNL even if they didn't do that well in OMPL, they're probably not a bad slot for slots like NatDex/UU/Ubers which have less solidified metas and they've made some cool natdex teams even if they're relatively new to the meta so pretty ok flex slot i think.
AM - Pretty good player all-around that seems like a solid enough choice for Ubers since they did pretty well last year and they seem to have decent knowledge/building skills for the tier.
April - Probably decent builder support which is somewhat valuable for the amount of clickers floating around in the pool since they have a lot of experience in the meta though they are busy so probably best paired with other builders.
Gambit - Has experience from OMFL and did ok in Open/SSNL runs, probably best paired with a good clicker but seems like an overall fairly decent self sufficient SV slot.
Kazyn - Pretty decent NatDex player having played around with the meta the past 3 NDAMPLs, they also did somewhat ok in OMFL so they're a pretty flexible player overall though their builds definitely are a bit interesting compared to normal SV builds so could be a wildcard.
damflame 3 - NGL I haven't actually seen damflame play AAA like at all but apparently they played last AAAPL and seem like a pretty decent overall player (also might be a decent SS slot since they have some experience? idk if they can build it though)
B- Tier
Fc - Never have seen them play AAA at all but they're a good player overall and seem somewhat adept at adapting to playing new metas like they did with STAB and GG though those metas are probably closer to Ubers/traditional tiers but with some time and builder support they'll probably do fine in Ubers/SV/UU.
Slikkles - Don't really know who this is tbh but I've been looking through SSNL/Open and they've done fairly respectably though they do seem to take a lot of builds from others so idk. Paired with builder support they look like a decent option for the SV slot though.
Dead by Daylight - Has some decent NatDex and SV experience though they haven't done too well in NDAMPL, probably makes for a fine ND/SV slot and can probably be somewhat flexible haven't seen too much from them though.
Ineros - Though they didn't play NDAAA for NDAMPL they've dabbled around in the meta for a while now and did do pretty decent in the NDAAA tours that we've had even if they did take some builds so they're probably a decent pick for the ND slot and hey they have some SV experience as well having played in SSNL as well so could be a flexible slot.
BoingK - Haven't seen BoingK play AAA really at all but they are a decent player and is UU TL (i think) and UU is a pretty sparse pool so having a UU builder/player is pretty valuable even if the meta got like upended by past VR changes lol.
Nashrock - Can't say I've seen them around much building or playing AAA but they did pretty well in Open and ok in SSNL so they're probably not too bad a clicker slot (or even builder?) with some support.
C Tier
veti - they have some pretty limited experience with ND since they had to play it for Homefield and didn't do too badly i think? seems like mostly a clicker slot though and apparently doubles clicker as well idk anything about that tier tho
about15gals - loaded boomspam in SSNL so instantly respectable player
Fragments - idk they're like a good randbats player or smth and good randbats player = good player so probably not a bad clicker slot
One Last Kiss - idk who this is but some people were saying massive underpay when they got sniped and they're like a good OU player so idk probably a good clicker slot but ive never seen them play AAA
Vertigo - seen them around in SSNL/Open so they have some SV experience and they have some experience with Ubers/UU from last AAAPL i think so probably not a bad choice for those slots to play tho idk how much they build.
Ducky - yo wtf revival?
Clem - good STAB player so probably good AAA player with support? idk
Fissure - ive never seen them touch AAA but they cook some devious stuff in STAB so they can probably cook some devious stuff for Ubers idk
hardik2105 - they've been grinding ladder a lot and seem pretty motivated to play and build though their build did seem a little sus probably not a bad bet to throw out 3k for
Rabia - youtuber buff!! they seem to have laddered SV a bit also they have some experience with NatDex as well so probably not a bad pick though i haven't seen them play in any tours so idk.
xdRudi.exe - good STAB player #2 so probably good AAA player with support? idk
