YOUR SIMPLE GUIDE TO: GOING OUTSIDE [Volume 1]

the irony that the time writing this post could have been used for touching the very grass you have been leading us to
i was touching grass while writing the post, this seems like more of an attempt to deflect from your lack of grass-touching than anything else.

So you want to go see the outside world. Maybe even touch some [CENSORED] while you walk. Don't worry, we'll introduce that word into your mental bank by the end of this course.

Thank you Dead by Deadlight for giving us steps on how to go outisde. However, I do have questions to ask regarding this sacred practice:

1. How long should we walk outside, or how many steps should we take per day?
2. Do we need to carry any weapons to protect ourselves, in case we have to encounter a dangerous pet or a mysterious figure that may pop up behind us?
3. On what part of the day should we walk to receive the most benefit from walking, and when should we not walk?
4. What would you say to those who don't have time to walk, due to business, overwhelmed by distractions or a fear to be unsure of where to walk to?

Hey, glad to see questions from outside people

1) You should aim to take about 1 step a day. Once you reach that goal, make it 2. Double the amount of steps you do per day and soon enough you'll be a great outdoorsperson.
2) Yes, carry an AK-47.
3) Walk during 2 PM without sunscreen for that sweet Vitamin D, and do not walk at night because there's no sun.
4) They already completed 5 steps by reading the guide, what's 1 more step to them?
