Knock Off is good for punishing common switch-ins such as Skarmory, and Sucker Punch allows Lokix to pick off faster threats even after its first turn on the field. This can be important for many fast defensive Pokémon that can sponge a First Impression, like Tornadus-T. Tera Bug is crucial in order to effectively KO threats such as Excadrill and Thundurus-T. Heavy-Duty Boots is important as it allows Lokix to come in multiple times even in the presence of Stealth Rock. Adamant is the nature of choice on this set to maximize First Impression damage.
