I've tried to google this person before and nothing comes up , if we really have to add people site locked to SCL the bar must be really low for the over all site talent . Could name 30 Ou players off top of head that have never played in SCL ou slot ( and guess what all are able to speak freely on site ). Unless u want to dm me here or on cord and explain in full extent into why this person is site locked in first place keep these wild fantasy's in your dreams were they belong . The only banned Ou player I'd have significant interest in seeing play this tier is CTC and that guy's in prison with no parole time at moment . Well I wasn't going to do a full serious PU draft guide but multiple managers kept asking about it which suggests people genuinely need one so here it is. I say this in the post too but while PU is missing quite a few names who've started in the past (fish, s1nn0h, etc.) and several other people who haven't signed up but would almost certainly end up on top of a recommendations list (bouff, suzukaaa), I think there's still a lot of potential in this pool. There's a lot of strong names who haven't started in PU before/in a while who could fit right in to this scene and a lot of very good players who are probably starting elsewhere but could support/sub into the PU slot extremely well.
Players within tiers are ordered alphabetically and not by skill, always the chance I passed over someone who'd be great support at least, hope this helps get the tier some love.
Mainers who I think should definitely get bought (aside from me

asa - would hope even relatively unfamiliar managers have heard of our esteemed PUTL, but if not her recent stuff includes a 6-1 in PUWC 2024, 2nd place in PU circuit playoffs 2024, and 2nd place in PU Ladder Tour 2024. She also went purely support/managing this PUPL and got her team to the 2nd best regular season record. I know her only current official record is 0-2 in SCL 2023 but nowadays puts up good records every time she chooses to try in a tour and is absolutely worth picking up
Drud - just as capable in current gens as he is in old ones, top 6 in the most recent PU seasonal and just managed his team to a PUPL win where he went 7-4 overall in mostly the Bo3 slot and 6-3 in SV games specifically. Also overall #1 on the PU sheet, even if a lot of that is DPP. And 5-1 in PUWC. Plus 6-1 in BLT for PU. This dude wins a lot.
kyuss - every PU player will tell you this is one of our top mainers atm. Just finished a 7-2 PUPL-winning record, which was also the best SV record in the tour. His most recent record before that was a 4-1 in PUWC, and he’s got solid individuals from 2024 too, like winning PU Ladder Tour. Very creative player, #1 newcomer to official tours who deserves their chance
LpZ - don’t think I need to sell you on LpZ lol. But if he plays another tier that’s fair too
sufys - Just coming off a 5-3 PUPL run and a deep PU Open run as well (not gonna fact check but I think top 8), but I think records don’t really sell how hard this dude tries. He’s constantly showing off new stuff and talking about where to take the PU metagame and I think he’d be the person I’d be most excited to watch in this tournament if he’s bought. Also brings OU value or something

Metallica126 - had a really strong 6-2 PUBD recently, followed by a rougher 4-5 SV record in the most recent PUPL against a really strong list of opponents. Not /quite/ enough to his name to go 100% buy this dude but I personally rate him quite highly and from what I can tell he’s a very hard worker who could really pop off if given a chance like this
Xiri - PU Circuit Winner 2024 and a top 8? I think? run in PU open. Also just had the most baffling 1-4 in PUPL I’ve ever seen and has plenty of other mid records too. Appears to flipflop between great and terrible with very little rhyme or reason, should 100% be on everyone’s radar for those highs, not sure exactly how I’d rate them. Also wouldn’t be surprised if they just go into a different slot anyway
More likely to get bought for other tiers but also excellent PU support, not gonna go in depth on them but you should definitely consider their PU knowledge a value boost in addition to being good NU/OU/etc. players. The PU pool has some excellent overlap this year so even if less mainers who would probably be in are signing up, I don’t think it’s that difficult to pick up someone for a different slot who provides great bonus knowledge in this tier / could theoretically start if needed or you end up doubling up on their other tier

Lambovino - goes down here because I’ve only seen him play old gens recently (unsure if I’ve ever seen him play SV PU? Probably has?) but he’s a really creative builder and effective player in those so I’d probably rate him well in SV too.
Leni - just pulled a solid 3-1 record in the bo3 slot of PUPL with two zS wins and a larry win. Now I haven’t seen much out of him during SV otherwise and he hasn’t played snake/scl since 2021, but that’s enough to make me think he’s still got the sauce
Platum - I literally don't know them but a lot of people tell me he's very good and at minimum a strong supporter. His teammates seem to think he's a big plus, just happens that the guy who decided to write the post has nothing to say about them
tom holland - paired with DD Joe as “really hard worker who maybe doesn’t have the pull to be starting SV right now but super hard worker with good support who just captained his team to an undefeated PUPL regular season”. Also started in snake over half a decade ago but has improved vastly since then
THE_CHUNGLER - one 3-0 to their name in PUWC 2024, but mostly I just see them supporting others and I think they’re pretty good at it. Often too far in the background for me to know exactly what or how much they’re doing, but quite possibly some of the best value in this section
Tizio Potente Ao - One of the weirdest players we have to offer, but also one of the most innovative across multiple gens of PU. Never really talked or teamed with him, absolutely no idea how to rate/sell this guy but I bet he’d be great in a team discord
VyoletRayn - can confirm after teaming with them this PUPL that Vyolet brings solid support and good tryhard vibes to the discord

to all managers who are planning on drafting support for their LC slot, i would highly recommend Zcarlett. they’re a standout builder with an exceptional determination to help their teammates succeed. Scarlett has been integral to many (if not all) of my better LC results this generation, and i can guarantee that they will provide the same level of support to any team that drafts them.

Well, since it hasn't been done yet I'll do the suggestions thread but for RU. I'll put them into 2 tiers, ordered roughly on performance, reliability and value picks from non-mainers. First tier is the people I think should be drafted unconditionally. The best of the best and usually very consistent top calibur players, with good prep and usually good metagame takes, though some people defend kleavor unfortunately. I will note I am not scouring the signup thread because fuck that, so if one of these names aren't in the signups list or tierlock has them locking this out then woops, you can skip em. I know some people aren't participating this year, while Ajna and Feli are taking up manager positions, but there likely be gaps in my coverage in this regard, fair warning.
Obligatory Pickups:
Metallica126 , feen , TheFranklin, Punny and xavgb
These are, atleast in my eyes, the 5 best RU players on offer. Feliburn would make this pool as well but he's a manager so he's not draftable. Stresh always manages to load fresh and innovative bullshit that always wins, but also pilots very solidly overall. Feen and franklin are the tiers TLs, and truthfully I have no idea how Feen got snubbed last year, but it was easily the biggest miss-out of the tour. His play is always solid, hard vouch. Metallica and Punny I'm admittedly less familiar with compared to the other 3, but I do know they've both put in all-star numbers in the past and iirc their RUPL record this year is nothing to sneeze at while also smoking the same bullshit stresh uses in the builder.

All of them are incredibly prestiged, and have been known to pilot RU well in both past and recent memory, it's only a matter of whether or not their managers or they want to be elsewhere. Soulwind took home the gold in RU open, Piyu is a consistent RUPL namestay, 3d went like 7-1 or some shit in RUPL this year in dominant fashion like bro some of those replays were unholy beatdowns. TJ can pilot anything, anytime and do well doing so. Among the best universal pilots on the site, but my praise isn't needed for that he's well known and for good reason. This isn't everybody that fits into this category, but it's also the batch I'm most familiar with.

Since everyone is selling themselves may as well just go for it.
SV in general is a gen that is hard to digest but I have enjoyed PU the most throughout the gen, I was a big part as to why LA qualified to next round during PUWC (not the LTWC, the previous one), going through all the teams and scouting for the best options at the time while going 3-0 myself, and it is a very familiar tier to me when it comes about the mons selection. I am very analytic when it comes about support so I can definitely make the worth when it comes about bouncing ideas and being the necessary sandbag.
Whatever happens best of luck to whoever gets drafted and keep the competitiveness high up and all that jazz,

SV in general is a gen that is hard to digest but I have enjoyed PU the most throughout the gen, I was a big part as to why LA qualified to next round during PUWC (not the LTWC, the previous one), going through all the teams and scouting for the best options at the time while going 3-0 myself, and it is a very familiar tier to me when it comes about the mons selection. I am very analytic when it comes about support so I can definitely make the worth when it comes about bouncing ideas and being the necessary sandbag.

sitting out the tour this year for my own sanity but looking forward to some great games, making a short PR so that managers know who the best options are. IMO Ubers is a very tough pool every year and mainer advantage is pretty huge, you atleast need a very reliable support for your tour mainer/nepo pick so this should help managers a little. This list does not include any tour mainer but there have been some solid signups (like colin, avarice, fade, suzuya, pdt, soulwind, etc off the top my head, I didnt look very closely, although these guys specifically did not signup with Ubers as their only preference so I am assuming that is the case for other tour mainers asw) if you want my opinion on any player you can DM me, but chances are that these guys do better in their main tier instead of Ubers. This year Ubers has been super exhausting to prep for, even as a mainer, and itll be the same especially in SCL where everyone is tryharding so I suggest getting someone who actually plays it. the players are not ranked within subranks and lastly, if you disagree with this list you can make your own 
Starters
IMO these are the guys that should absolutely start this year, listing only my top 8 here because 2 spots will probably be tour mainers or nepo picks like every year, it'd be a shame to see any of these guys ending up on the same team though
Fc
best player available in the pool imo, past SCL winner and generally one of the most consistent Ubers player in recent gens. will be the most expensive starter for ubers but near guaranteed positive record
Icemaster
is retained but top end of the pool easily
Kate
is retained but top end of the pool easily
Frito
new competitor on the block, some months ago i would not have put her on this list but her glow up has been incredible. im not saying this only because of her wcop performance that I think every manager is aware of anyway, but i truly rate her very highly as a builder, she has great understanding of the meta and I think she can take on the pool this year
Mashing
returning starter who went positive last year, has been support to positive slots in the SCLs before that, had a good wcop run this year as well, most expensive sv player in upl this year so i would be surprised if she doesnt end up starting
entrocefalo
has had the best UPL and SCL performance in sv ubers this gen, he hasnt been at his 100% as of late but he will lock in for SCL, obvious starter
Truenora
won the ssnl this year, he has started in SCL previously and got drafted as ice's support last year who went 7-3. his prep is on another level and ice will credit him for most of his success in this gen, most other top players also prep with him frequently. i would love to see him start this year because as a player his fundamentals are pretty strong, he is super tough to beat in battles and difficult to prep for
emoxu9
newer player but he has had the most insane runs in subforum tours: 7-1 and 5-2 in past 2 UPLs, 6-1 in last UWL, farms basically every side tour in sv ubers, he did have an underwhelming WCOP but he has proven himself whenever he gets a chance
Skyiew
very similar to emoxu in terms of records and performances, but has slightly worse reputation due to poor WCOPs. in his defense he's had pretty tough pools but i rate him fairly high as a player, i think he's improved since and is starter material in this pool for sure
Potential Starters
these guys are pretty solid but not as guaranteed to start as the ones above, assuming no nepo picks or tour mainers playing ubers, they should get drafted 100% IMO
Exiline
regular ubers starter in SCL in previous editions - last year he was banned so he missed out and he probably has very few games in SV Ubers in the last 2 years, but he has played in SCL finals twice, has a lot of experience in Ubers, and has won a lot in Ubers in general. Will likely start anyway but i'm putting them in backup cus I dont know if theyre motivated or in touch w the meta at all
zuzhouwawa
ubers open winner this year and made grand slam playoffs, im not putting him here only because of this reason, he's very tough to beat in battles in my experience, and understands ubers well
The Strap
ssnl and upl winner this year in sv ubers, has officials experience as well, can play other tiers - he missed out last year but i think he is worthy of getting picked
Richard [locked out of Ubers]
(I suppose he can still start in playoffs?) many managers will be disappointed to see him locked out of ubers because he is one of the most successful Ubers players this gen with stellar performances in SCL, UPL, WCOP, UWL - he has started SCL in sv ubers twice, he had the third best record last year in SCL and he did quite well in OLT, best cheap support option in the pool BY FAR so don't forget about him in the auction

i wouldnt dare to end the pr without ox... anyway he has had some great showings in sv ubers, putting em low because theyre bit rusty and inactive as of late but has regularly upset a lot of players and finished w good records in ubers tours

ask your starter who they want to work with before drafting anyone here, ubers mainers are quite picky and generally might not want support anyway
Ubers + other tiers
Taka: good player with officials experience and plays a lot of other tiers in the tour at a good level as well, i spam tests w them often and they have good ideas about the tier, do buy them as support even if not for ubers
Ainzcrad: same as above
Charmriah: plays and supports a lot of tiers, i have teamed w them a few times and theyre available to spam tests often, very active and cool chat presence
Envy: LC mainer but they play ubers well, i wanted to get em for UPL, they are legit
LBN: Probably playing RU instead but fair to have them in support, they main Ubers
GeniusFromHoenn: doesnt have much to show for it but has good understanding of SV Ubers, can support LC
Ubers
LouisIX: entro's primary support in his best sv performances, i have worked w them in uwl and they have the craziest new ideas every week which helped our team win a lot, if you value this then consider getting them
Vitiate: returning starter, been inactive in the community lately, but solid player and builder
EG Jhonx: very interesting player and leader of EG, he wins a lot in WCOP but doesnt get a chance in UPL for whatever reason, he is worth considering for sure
Remnonc: newer player, they did pretty well in UPL (in sm but they play sv as well)
xinnobu, ZowwyCafe, MirrorSama: im not sure if they actually signed up but i liked their play in UPL, i rate them about the same
might've missed some guys in support because theres too many signups and no sheet so im obv not going through 500 posts lol, and to be completely blunt i think maximum 15ish ubers guys are gonna get drafted so I think this list outlines most of em, if any questions ask me on discord (lanachus) good luck
