-Heathran

Firstly, the name is Heatran and not Heathran.

Also, gengar is not a counter, but is a revenge killer, so stop listing it in the threat list.

Your threat list is pretty messed up :

Threat List

Tyranitar
-gliscor for non boah
-heracross

Gyarados
-gengar

Gengar's not a counter.

Infernape
-no idea

Azelf
-heracross

Azelf generally OHKOs you in a psychic or flamethrower since it is faster.

Electivire
-heathran

Electivire's got earthquake and is a way faster than heatran, so you got no chance.

Heracross
-gliscor

Salamence
-gliscor
-blissey
-gengar

Gengar's not a counter, the others are fine.

Togekiss
-gengar

Gengar's not a counter, blissey can wall togekiss.

Gengar
-heracross

If you switch in, you'd generally get hit by a shadow ball or hypnosis, if he used shadow ball, you're gone the next turn and in case of hypnosis, you're crippled.

Garchomp
-gliscor
-gengar

Gengar's not a counter, gliscor's fine.

Lucario
-heracross
-gengar

Why not Gliscor for physical and Blissey for special ?

Starmie
-heracross
-sceptile
-gengar

Blissey?

Weavile
-Heathran
-heracross (need to watch out for aerial ace)

Dugtrio
-gengar
-sceptile
-gliscor

Porygon-Z
-heracross

135 base sp.atk + tri attack (2x stab) = not safe for heracross.
Also, whats blissey for?

Machamp
-???

Whats gliscor's defense and aerial ace for?

Snorlax
-heracross

Gliscor?

Zapdos
-heracross
-gengar
-blissey

Suicune
-gengar

If suicune's already got a calm mind, gengar can't stop it, anyway, blissey can wall it.

Breloom
-gliscor

Ninjask
-heracross
-sceptile
-heathran
-gliscor
-gengar

Actually, ninjask doesn't attack on most cases so countering ninjas would probably mean using a priority move or roar or taunt. Nobody in your team qualifies for it :(

Metagross
-Gliscor
-sceptile

Sceptile at the most does 45% with HP fire, but you generally get OHKOed by choice band Meteor Mash off Metagross.

Heatran
Heracross,

Blissey?

Jirachi
-heathran
-gliscor
-sceptile

Dragonite
-gliscor
-gengar
-blissey (for the rare special varients)

Gengar's not a counter.

Mamoswine
-Heracross

Gallade
-gliscor

Yanmega
-heracross aslong as they don't pack air slash
-sceptile as long as they don't pack bug buzz
-blissey
-heathran when no hp ground

How many Yanmegas do you see without Air Slash + Bug Buzz ?

Kingdra
-sceptile
-thunder bolt on blissey for it?

Neither of these can do anything.

Roserade
-Heathran
-gengar/blissey with good prediction

Scizor
-Sceptile will kill leads, and non U-turn/x-scissor variants
-Heathran
Think about those.

You only good physical attacker is banded, so you do not have much options. Pick someone else, why not Gyarados or SD Lucario or Garchomp?

okay.
I'l think about the last slot, want some more opinions on it.

I didnt say gengar counters them.

definetely use stealth rock over arial ace on gliscor, hera cant do ANYTHING to gliscor, not even the banded ones, earthquake will do enough to hera and will do even more after cc, sds heras are uncommon and even they will have problems setting up and hitting you, (SE can miss and if the sand is out it gets better)
