NotVeryCake will be banned from this edition of RBYPL after it has been discovered that they used multiple accounts to participate in the RBYPL Tryout tournaments at the same time. Though the host team feels that this on its own would not warrant a ban, NotVeryCake's history of poor conduct across PS!, Smogon, and the RBY community in conjunction with the unsportsmanlike conduct displayed during the Tryout tournaments has led us to this conclusion.

Following an appeal and further discussion, it was deemed that the original punishment was too harsh, and NotVeryCake will be reallowed into this edition of RBYPL.
