Done add command to tell us the speed of a pokemon

/speed [pokemon] would tell us the speed stats of a pokemon with 0-/0/252/252+ evs. this is already on smogdex and we can just open another mon in the teambuilder but i still think it would be a neat qol feature to have on ps itself.

You can already do this with /statcalc, using the base stats and EVs and stages of the Pokemon.
