[OVERVIEW]
Deoxys-S outruns and outguns all of the opposition with its blazing base 180 Speed stat alongside its colorful coverage, backed by a solid mixed attacking profile that allows it to threaten foes from Kingambit to Pecharunt. Deoxys-S finds value in most matchups thanks to its versatility, whether that be its great utility options or its offensive prowess. Its mixed attacking set allows it to utilize its great coverage to threaten most of the metagame including otherwise solid checks like Galarian Slowking and Ting-Lu with Knock Off and Superpower respectively. Nasty Plot sets forgo long-term utility for immediate offensive power, which Deoxys-S is sure to provide; at +2, nearly nothing can withstand a Life Orb-boosted Psycho Boost (and those that can get eviscerated by Focus Blast or Ice Beam anyways). Finally, Deoxys-S can function as a suicide lead thanks to its incredible Speed stat, being able to set up entry hazards (of which it has both Stealth Rock and Spikes) or dual Screens while being able to use Taunt on opposing defensive foes like Ting-Lu and Corviknight and keep foes like Hisuian Samurott and Gliscor honest with its attacking moves. However, all of Deoxys-S's sets are not without their flaws - its all-out attacker set lacks explosiveness, while Nasty Plot sets are prone to being revenge-killed by the omnipresent priority from the likes of Dragonite and Kingambit and can find it tough to set up thanks to its paper-thin bulk and Life Orb recoil. Overall, Deoxys-S is an incredible choice for many offensive teams, but the space alien is not without its kryptonite.

[OTHER OPTIONS]
Deoxys-S has many underexplored Tera options; for example, Tera Dark allows Deoxys-S a resistance to Kingambit and Hisuian Samurott's Sucker Punch, an immunity to Assault Vest Alomomola's Mirror Coat, and a powered up Knock Off against Galarian Slowking and Iron Crown. Tera Electric, alongside Thunderbolt, can be used as a way to demolish Assault Vest Alomomola and Corviknight attempting to pivot out of Deoxys-S or take it out with Mirror Coat while neutralizing paralysis from foes like Galarian Slowking and Hatterene. It also pairs nicely with Ice Beam to nail foes like Ting-Lu and form a nigh-unresistable coverage combination. On Psychic Terrain teams, Deoxys-S can run Expanding Force alongside Life Orb and Nasty Plot to demolish even its most ardent checks in specially defensive Garganacl and Galarian Slowking at +2. Focus Sash and Thunder Wave are potential options on lead sets to get up another layer of hazards or neutralize a dangerous foe like Dragapult, while Night Shade on these lead sets allows Deoxys-S to output consistent damage against anything not named Blissey. On offensive Nasty Plot sets, Pain Split can be used to hassle Blissey and Ting-Lu while Recover allows Deoxys-S to fire off more attacks without relying on Pain Split's dubious healing, although losing critical coverage makes both somewhat unappealing. Finally, Cosmic Power alongside Stored Power allows Deoxys-S to function as a defensive setup sweeper, although its unreliability and opportunity cost makes it a high-risk set to run.

[OVERVIEW]
Deoxys-S outruns and outguns all of the opposition with its blazing base 180 Speed stat alongside its colorful coverage, backed by a solid mixed attacking profile that allows it to threaten foes from Kingambit to Pecharunt. Whether it is setting screens or smashing stopgaps, For now I would give less focus to screens since its not dex set Deoxys-S finds value in most matchups thanks to its versatility. Its mixed attacking set is most ubiquitous, allowing it to utilize its great coverage to threaten most of the metagame including otherwise solid checks like Galarian Slowking and Ting-Lu with Knock Off and Superpower respectively. Nasty Plot checks forgo long-term utility for immediate offensive power, which Deoxys-S is sure to provide; at +2, nearly nothing can withstand a Life Orb-boosted Psycho Boost (and those that can get eviscerated by Focus Blast or Ice Beam anyways). However, all of Deoxys-S's sets are not without their flaws - its all-out attacker set lacks immediate power, Mmm, I am quite unsure if immediate power is the right word since they are not boosting either. Perhaps changing it for something like "explosiveness" could work, but this is fine, just noting it while Nasty Plot sets are prone to being revenge-killed by the omnipresent priority from the likes of Dragonite and Kingambit and can find it tough to set up thanks to its paper-thin bulk and Life Orb recoil. Overall, Deoxys-S is an incredible choice for many offensive teams, but the space alien is not without its kryptonite.

[OTHER OPTIONS]
Deoxys-S can run a Dual Screens lead set on hyper-offensive teams that leverages its high base Speed, similarly to the main suicide lead set. Could be good to elaborate more on this, particularly on its election for last move, as there is at least a choice to make between Stealth Rock and Psycho Boost, and nicher options like Teleport if you feel comfortable mentioning them. As for Terastallization, Tera Dark allows Deoxys-S a resistance to Kingambit and Hisuian Samurott's Sucker Punch, an immunity to Assault Vest Alomomola's Mirror Coat, and a powered up Knock Off against Galarian Slowking and Iron Crown. Alternatively, Tera Ghost allows Deoxys-S to stuff Dragonite's Extreme Speed. Both Teras are already on the lead set, Idt you need to expand more here Tera Electric, alongside Thunderbolt, can be used as a way to demolish Assault Vest Alomomola attempting to pivot out of Deoxys-S or take it out with Mirror Coat while neutralizing paralysis from foes like Galarian Slowking and Hatterene. I would expand on Nasty Plot Bolt Beam which comes naturally from your Tera Electric mention, or make it clearer this is what you mean if its what you were refering to. On the same note, Corviknight is a big target to add.

Here are a couple possible adds if you feel comfortable:
- Expanding Force on Psychic Terrain teams
- Focus Sash on lead sets, though we could also see if its something we might want to add on the Lead set straight up
- Thunder Wave, also on lead sets similar to the above
- Cosmic Power + Stored Power (rather niche and hard to properly mention so not feeling too strong about it)

Its mixed attacking set is most ubiquitous (Total nitpick - but is this definitely true? Usage stats are unclear), allowing it to utilize its great coverage to threaten most of the metagame including otherwise solid checks like Galarian Slowking and Ting-Lu with Knock Off and Superpower respectively. Nasty Plot checks (sets?) forgo long-term utility for immediate offensive power, which Deoxys-S is sure to provide; at +2, nearly nothing can withstand a Life Orb-boosted Psycho Boost (and those that can get eviscerated by Focus Blast or Ice Beam anyways). Finally, Deoxys-S can function as a suicide lead thanks to its incredible Speed stat, being able to set up entry hazards (of which it has both Stealth Rock and Spikes) while being able to use Taunt on opposing defensive foes like Ting-Lu and Corviknight and keep foes like Hisuian Samurott and Gliscor honest with its attacking moves. (I know you mention screens in the first sentence of OO, but it feels a bit weird to not mention screens (when light clay is the most used item on ladder) in a suicide lead sentence.) However, all of Deoxys-S's sets are not without their flaws - its all-out attacker set lacks explosiveness, while Nasty Plot sets are prone to being revenge-killed by the omnipresent priority from the likes of Dragonite and Kingambit and can find it tough to set up thanks to its paper-thin bulk and Life Orb recoil. Overall, Deoxys-S is an incredible choice for many offensive teams, but the space alien is not without its kryptonite. (No notes, just a shoutout for a great line.)

[OTHER OPTIONS]
Deoxys-S can run a Dual Screens lead set on hyper-offensive teams that leverages its high base Speed, similarly to the main suicide lead set. (Should this be included in OO? I'm not sure, I see a screens set on Deo-S's page but it doesn't have an analysis, nor is one being worked on.) As for Terastallization, Tera Dark allows Deoxys-S a resistance to Kingambit and Hisuian Samurott's Sucker Punch, an immunity to Assault Vest Alomomola's Mirror Coat, and a powered up Knock Off against Galarian Slowking and Iron Crown. (Tera Dark is already an option on the Hazard Lead set. Should it be included in OO?) Alternatively, Tera Ghost allows Deoxys-S to stuff Dragonite's Extreme Speed. (Tera Ghost is already an option on the Offensive NP and Hazard Lead sets, it probably should not be included in OO.) Tera Electric, alongside Thunderbolt, can be used as a way to demolish Assault Vest Alomomola and Corviknight attempting to pivot out of Deoxys-S or take it out with Mirror Coat while neutralizing paralysis from foes like Galarian Slowking and Hatterene. It also pairs nicely with Ice Beam to nail foes like Ting-Lu and form an unresistable (unresisted - technically resistable by thick fat tera electric Snorlax or something.) coverage combination. On Psychic Terrain teams, Deoxys-S can run Expanding Force alongside Life Orb and Nasty Plot to destroy even its most ardent checks in Blissey (+2 doesn't quite 2hko Blissey - +2 252 SpA Deoxys-Speed Expanding Force (120 BP) vs. 4 HP / 252+ SpD Blissey in Psychic Terrain: 240-283 (36.8 - 43.4%) -- 99.5% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery - so I might walk this back a bit.) and Galarian Slowking at +2. Focus Sash and Thunder Wave are potential options on lead sets to get up another layer of hazards or neutralize a dangerous foe like Dragapult. Finally, Cosmic Power alongside Stored Power allows Deoxys-S to function as a defensive setup sweeper, although its unreliability and opportunity cost makes it a high-risk set to run.

Some additional things that could be mentioned:
- Pain Split on the Offensive NP set, this can be used over Recover to annoy Blissey and Ting-Lu more
- Night shade on the lead set, used twice in SCL and is solid damage on everything except Blissey.

implemented this, not sure if this is a full check so feel free to have another look

Love the changes. Only comment is that you added Recover to the OO section, though Recover is a text mention in the current Offensive NP analysis. Might be fine, might be worth removing, not fully sure.
QC 2/2 once that's resolved.
