Rules:
  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
  • Battles must take place on either Smogtours or Pokemon Showdown!
  • Replays are required. Any win post without replays will not be counted

  • On Substitution:
    • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
    • When making a substitution, please inform the host team, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitution to ensure that everyone is made aware.
    • Keep in mind that once a player is subbed out, they cannot be subbed back into the same round, but can be put back onto the roster for the next round.
    • Substitutions will not be allowed in tiebreak series unless both teams agree (or TDs enforce double sub). We will be reluctant to give activity wins to those who are clearly fishing for them.
Regular Tiebreakers:
Teams each select 1 tier to play.
They are then informed of their opponents' selection, and must reorder the remaining 6 tiers in order of preference.
We will strike out the least preferred tiers from both teams' lists until there are either 1 or 2 tiers remaining. In the former case it will be played as the 3rd tier for the tb, in the latter case we will random.org the 3rd tier between the two options.

Advantaged Tiebreaker:
We wish to reward better Round 1 records throughout the entirety of playoffs; whenever a team is tiebreaking against a team with a worse R1 record (this can only happen in playoffs), the Advantaged Tiebreaker format will be used instead.
The advantaged team selects the first tier.
Then, the disadvantaged team selects the second tier, and bans a tier from the 3rd option.
Then, the advantaged team picks between the remaining options.

and finally, here we are
after such a long tour and journey, we reached the end. it feels a bit unreal, because this victory has been the culmination of the last two months of work, where we poured our efforts and hearts out. at the end it's a game, but it's a game i love. couldnt be more proud of our journey, getting the dub after winning two tiebreaks after being down both times and winning against such a strong team in finals. this moment belongs to us and i wanna take a minute to share my thoughts and feelings for the people who made this possible

Howkings thanks for entrusting me with the role of manager, i was more than willing to give up my place as a sub for prinz. i tried my best every day to help everyone and contribute however i could, hopefully i was able to repay your trust. now let's get back to work for LCWC too ;)

Amaranth same as howkings; RBY maestro, having you playing rby every week put my mind at ease. i wish one day i can reach your level of knowledge and meticulous preparation that you showed, exemplary

lolebruh MY ALBANIAN BROTHER. ALBITALY IS REAL. just wow man you were amazing and the clutchest player ever, you tied both in quarter and semis from 3-4 to tie it up, only your damn connection could stop you from going 6-0. prepping and helping you was so fun, we always went out guns blazing able to face everyone with no fears, you showed that you have STEEL BALLS. feel the freakyuuuuuu

Laroxyl man what a ride, im glad this tournament allowed us to become irl friends. i think the oras channel has the most lines lol, and only a fraction are about mons haha, our dating life took over. you are an amazing player and an amazing guy, thanks for playing in oras and bearing with us haha #CEPOSTAPERTE

Raiza wow man, you are a killer, basically flawless tour. i don't think ill ever be able to play with the timer as low as you, ice cold. couldnt ask for a better player to watch and keep learning BW from, goat stuff

Prinz amm perso. greatest doomposter of all time, i still love you man hahaha. we went from talking about fitness to talking about adv on the daily, im glad i left up my spot as player for you, cause you are a difference maker. now we are about to lose in adv world cup too i guess...

coco don coco, this wasn't your tour, but when we needed you the most you showed everyone who's boss. you have been so unlucky, but this doesnt take anything away from your incredible worth as a player. cant wait to keep learning gsc from you, carapinga team lets go

StepC entrocefalo this tour felt cursed in SM, im very thankful to you for your efforts and inputs throughout the tour, you are much better than what the sheet says, you are already doing great and will keep doing so, i am sure

Sachumberto my favorite italian ADV player (fuck il bambino), free riyadland. Figull400 ladder tour champion, you earned some respect on mons (cause irl you already are a boss). the adv channel has the most lines and i couldnt have loved more preparing the games and building with y'all, we were the heart and soul of this team

Tizio Potente Ao the MVP. wow man you smashed it, now you can go get drunk (wait you prolly already are). 7-1, 2-0 in tiebreaks, i would give u the keys to my house, i ain't lying. thanks for being such a great friend and mentor to me, your guidance and advice has allowed me to get better and see the game in a different way, ill keep grinding in my fav gen dpp to be even half as good as you

Bello figo ha preso il custom quindi domani ps viene cancellato, quindi grazie a tutti per questi anni, è stato bello.
Memate a parte stra contento per te, anzi per voi, se no non sarebbe giusto nei confronti di quelli che hanno effettivamente giocato. Non parlavo quindi così a vanvera allora quando dicevo tempo fa che in poco tempo sei diventato una figura centrale (anche se forse te la sto tirando troppo) della community (room e smog) italiana.
In pochi si ricorderanno da dove è iniziato il grind di quest'uomo fino a oggi, davvero fiero di te .
