need to go in 5 min and not sure if ill be back before DL, I dont agree with most of bluedooms reads, either i sort him as wrong town and vote liquid or park on bluedoom

not confident enough about blitz or saber since I havent ISOed them but they are both in my poe and I am fine with either going
 
bd what do you think I am both sidesing on? I feel like I've been pretty vocal about my opinions but I think the way I analyze might come off as more equivocal to some people. I like to openly consider mitigating evidence even when I do end up coming down on one side.

If this is unusually strong play for saber then that explains a lot tbh. I don't mean that as a dig at saber, just, some people view this game very differently from me, I have seen people play similar to this as town occasionally. But I didn't know that was their meta, and in general I think this sort of play comes more often from scum. Do other people agree about the meta thing? If other people want to confirm that saber's play is in line with their meta I might reconsider my vote, but at this point I feel like my strongest non-saber scumreads/people I'd vote are like:
1. Tommy (nobody is going with me on this so what's the point in voting them)
2. liquid (should probably be replaced anyway? I mean they've made like eight posts and apparently they don't have access to the forum, idk)
3. HydrogenHydreigon (I was fairly sus on them but I think Tommy and bd make a good point that their claim would be very weird play as scum)
4. DeadByDaylight (this read is somewhat weaker than my read on HH, and significantly weaker than my reads on saber and Tommy. But they'd be next in line for my vote I suppose)

Even if this is saber's town meta though I still think the last-minute des vote D1 absolutely reeks. Maybe my ideal outcome here is that one of the wagons is on saber and another is on someone where the vote dynamics of them vs saber would give us information. I'm not sure who that other person is though -- is there anyone who is probably not on a team with saber one way or the other? I think Psy was the one leading the push against them but uh I townread Psy pretty hard lol.

I'm not saying bd is totally clear now btw, but assuming they continue on this trajectory I would not want to leave a vote on them when I may not be back by EOD. Glad to see they actually returned and are posting stuff that's a) substantial and b) orthogonal to what other people have been saying.

I outlined my vote on saber in the post where I voted them, and my other reads in 1872. That was a while ago now (I think Grant was still president?) so I will update on Flandrs specifically. I like him significantly better bc the thing they did where they intentionally frustrated me to get a reaction is, imo, a good town move. That kind of thing can be pretty helpful to read people when you're town. Conversely it is kinda hard to pull off in a useful way as scum. Honestly if you're frustrating someone as scum the correct call is often just to double down or ghost them lol. For the record, I would still entertain a vote on HH (and like the other ppl I listed obviously). I will have to think about why they would have made that claim as scum but I think hearing more from HH today would be very good regardless.

I haven't really been clocking ShyPebble one way or the other but I will look into them later.

Wrt Shy Pebble I know this was talked about in the previous game wrt NOC style vs OC style BUT in the OC game Pebble and I did some good ol' fashioned NOC-style reads on some of the people we talked to (trying to form a town core and all). Upon an ISO I can't find a single scumread from them and the thing that sticks out to me is the insistance of Tommy/Psy/Flandrs being T/T/T which could just as easily be a TMI tell, I don't think tring them off of the role interaction seems right when play/persoanlity are more important here. I guess you would say that pebble can do this as town and to that I'm like, well what have they done that looks town in the first place?

Bliz feels like someone who should have a more concrete opinions than he actually has and saber being his strongest vote feels off. I would also strongly conider a vote here.

I think you might be maf because voteparking on an inactive is within your scum range, having seen your other scum games. It seems weird for me to be your strongest scumread in the thread, honestly. If I were to hero vote someone it'd be you.

After these 3 I'd vote Peum because I don't think he has a reason to vote me other than being inactive and that kinda sucks, I would also vote saber because Not Me Over Me, but I honestly don't think saber is bad here.

Additionally, this is my third game overall, and you frequently commented in other games together that I feel like an observer to you/on the sidelines, because I ask a lot of questions. I feel like asking questions is proactive, not the like term definition things but the other stuff I've asked about mechanics/interactions. I've also thrown out some reads unprompted as well. And claimed the death thingy thing at the start of phase. So what is the threshold for proactiveness in your opinion?

Ya I kinda re read Hydro there when I posted that, don't think I'm putting him on the list for now.
 
Honestly I think it’s too little too late for bluedoom to salvage himself in my eyes now, the only way is if he survives and votes mafia

You pulled the same thing last game and I gave you grace after being right that you just disengage as mafia, then when you’re about to be voted or under pressure you come on and do a flurry and put on a show as you’re capable of doing when you’re invested, but you’re even bringing up stuff about pebble which I found scummy last game, when you were scum

Your posts are fine now but I have to kind of trust that you’re able to make good posts as mafia, but the way to read you is how last minute you care, and it’s only when you seem to come under pressure imo which is mafia you

Okay nice this pretty much sums up what I was thinking lol

I’m willing to let bluedoom play now that he’s back, get more information and such from his posting. So if we do kill afk it’s gotta be liquid (hopefully we get a sub though).

I haven’t liked saber since the end of day one and their day two posts haven’t really inspired much confidence in me. I am more than okay with a saber vote.

As for other stuff, I’m still not completely off of psy as scum but more and more I am seeing a world where the neighborhood is t/t/t

I think Pebble is town, I had Bliz in my scum reads earlier but I’m more neutral now

fairy hasn’t really changed in my book since my last post, still thinking scummy there

HH… I’m a little confused with my thoughts there. Would like to see more
