Rules​
  • Follow all rules listed here.
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for us to make decisions for activity calls when we can actually see what went down with scheduling.
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to us or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
  • Substitutions may be made after a week as started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
  • Post replays. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later. They're also required.

First, congrats to everyone who made playoffs, and good luck for the remaining stages of the competition - I'll try to bring some hype by completing my predictions for the week:

:quaxly: Brazil (5) vs (3) Spain :misdreavus:
SV LC: Skyiew vs PTKmoekyuun - Both are solid players, but I think with PTK having more experience in this LCWC with a 3-1 record compared to Skyiew making his debut, I'll have to bold PTK. Having said that, Skyiew will have loads of solid support available, so this will be a really close game.
SV LC: Dugtrio Is Broken vs JuanSG - Another match with two great players, I only found out recently that Dugtrio mains OU but has consistently been solid in LC. Having said that, I have a feeling that Juan will clutch it here, and generally has a better record in LCWC, although you could argue an easier pool.
SV LC: Astarion vs ghost - I think Edgy has more experience in the tier, and has the support available to clutch this up.
SS LC: westSasori vs Wail Wailord - A solid performance in several LC team tours, I think that Wail will be the favourite on paper here.
SM LC: TDNT vs Voltix - I would say this is a 55/45 match up for me, but I think that TDNT will edge it here.
ORAS LC: Mister Magnus vs Éric - A solid player regardless, but with Envy recently winning ORASPL with a great record in this slot, his support will prove to be a huge advantage in deciding who wins this match.
BW LC: Envy vs Peum - A solid player across all gens, and one of the best BW players in the game right now (without being biased), however, an upset could be on the cards.
DPP LC: mayo vs Eeveeto - I think Mayo has more experience in this slot, but Eevee has also won some important games so far.

SV LC: Stories vs Elfuseon - A 55/45 match up here, really close but I think I'll have to go with Stories for this week.
SV LC: Greedy_eb vs Agera - Greedy has more experience in LC on paper, so I think he will be the favourite here. Having said that, Agera is a good clicker and has also clutched some wins themselves.
SV LC: Taka vs ambi_ - Another close game, but I have to go with Ambi for this week.
SS LC: Hacker vs feen - Despite running a very questionable team in Week 7, we knew that Hacker's team was already in the playoffs. An all-round solid LC player, he can be difficult to predict on which team he will bring. Feen has been solid as well, and is another solid all-rounder player, however, Hacker's experience and variety of teams/playstyles he can utilise will prove to be the decider here.
SM LC: Kingler vs Acehunter1 - I hope he's feeling better from his illness, but if he's up to his best, I feel Acehunter will clutch it here.
ORAS LC: Colin vs Heysup - Another 55/45 match up, but I think Colin will edge it here.
BW LC: kythr vs TyCarter - One of the best BW LC players in the game, and although TyCarter is a solid player in general, I think it will be difficult for him to win here.
DPP LC: evakiyama! vs Camden - Eva has more experience in my opinion and will win this one.

SV LC: babyboyblues vs Hoennseptile - A close game, both have done well this LCWC, but I think BBB has more experience and it will show in the playoffs.
SV LC: bleahey vs Novax - A really close game, my gut says Novax for this one.
SV LC: rarre vs rahul_3301 - Rahul clutched the most important game for India LCWC securing them the spot in the playoffs, so confidence will be really high right now. However, my gut says that rarre will win due to that additional experience in LC.
SS LC: tko vs Lana - A close game, I think tko will edge it here.
SM LC: vooper vs Piyu - vooper is amazing, however, Piyu having a 5-1 record in SM LC and the best SM record in LCWC so far, means I have to bold them here.
ORAS LC: tazz vs pj - Both are great, but I think Tazz has more experience and will win this one.
BW LC: Luthier vs RaJ.Shoot - 60/40 - 55/45 match up, I have a feeling that anything can happen in this game - I'll go with Luthier for this week.
DPP LC: Melon vs SparksBlade - Sparks having a 5-1 record in DPP only losing to naere (running at 6-0 at this point in the same tier) shows why I have to bold them this week. Having said that, Melon will be up for the challenge in getting that crucial win.
