first team -Wifi/OU need suggestion

ok, this is my first RMT topic and i really hope to get a big step forward with my team.
The base of this team was my old LG team (hence the need of improvement)
just for note the old team had Espeon over starmie, and flygon over garchomp, the first uses in wifi battle showed me those two were the one with most problems.
since this team is Wifi and im still breeding for better nature and IV,
nature and evs spread are not the best possible so dont suggest things like
"put adamant over lonely on garchomp" because im already doing it

standard choice lens salamence, pretty versatile, fire blast over flamethrower for the extra damage since its timid and not modest, im not sure if the extra speed is worth maybe i should breed a modest one?

my favourite poke (excluding espeon >.> ), pretty sturdy even with this evs spread the nature is quite nasty and i'm breeding for others, the evs spread will also change probably with hp and less speed.
thunder punch would be helpful with skarmory that walls it and for the extra type coverage but i find explosion quite rewarding and funny so im sticking with it for now.

the substitute of flygon, less cool but more powerful, the extra atk and outrage made me chose for the switch, scarf 'cause there's a lot of stuff that wants to be faster than me using the same item.

I loled when I saw Choice lens and Crounch xD. Put Stone Edge instead of Crounch for coverage.

Moonlight isn't a good form of healing on Cress, since Sandstorm halves the recovery to 1/4. And Cress isn't meant to sweep. :/

Well first off Salamence makes a better lead so use that. Timid is good enough I suppose. For Dusknoir try to get a Careful nature instead and more SpDef EVs. Fire Punch over Thunder Punch for Heracross. You should change your Starmie and give it Rapid Spin over Ice Beam, Leftovers over Expert Belt and a bulkier EV spread like 216 Speed/172 HP/120 SpAtk. Leftovers is a possiblity on Metagross and as you said when you get Adamant you should drop some Speed for HP. Fire Blast is better on Scarf Chomp and actually Lonley might be okay. A Bronzong over Milotic will really help out your team with Mamoswine, Garchomp ect. Also if possible you might wanna add a Snorlax or Heatran over Metagross to cover special attackers like Azelf and Gengar. Don't use Cresselia since you are Tyranitar weak enough. If you have anything good then you can try the Wi-fi forums and try to trade with people, but if you are just beginning then it would be a bit harder to find anything decent. You should always try ShoddyBattle.com if you ever get tired of wi-fi also.

lol, my mistake, in italian the attack is called "sgranocchio" so i typed the extra vocal without remorse xD

Fire Blast seems a good improvement over the fang. added also stone edge.

for dusknoir i was using thunder for gyarados and water in general, i think ill stick with it and switch to salamence against heracross.

since i like to breed and prepare pokes i have all 3 already prepared XD
a lead bronzorg hypnosis,gyroball, stealth rock, explosion since its not a lead maybe earthquake is a better choice over explosion (but i love exploding stuff)

the heatran is like this:

the only downside it has is an awful speed the extra evs allow me to reach 191 speed, no evs perfect IV version of himself.
