This is both correct and valid to criticise and something town do often

ECat waited to see if a Peum vote would become viable and it did, through the medium of uh vishy and pulsar but still did lol
 
So I can either get four hours of sleep before a very busy day or I can get mislynched lol

The fucked up thing is that I really can't switch my vote off of ECat atp or I will be the leading wagon. But conversely everyone in the thread is like "hey yall ECat is town lol!!!" so like I will probably get lynched anyway >_>

I mean I can get behind the idea people basically got off his wagon so he's not at risk anymore, but there are way worst slots in the game to take care of than Peum

I mean what you can do is set up a wagon on the person you think is likeliest to flip scum and see if we bite
 
The logic behind ECat as mafia seems to mostly be “I, Peum, declared that not claiming mayor is bad. ECat did not claim mayor therefore must be scum.” We have established that Peum was pretty much the only person who harped on this (besides like two other posts from Celever and someone else I forget) so I am willing to believe that ECat simply disagreed with you since there was no REAL general thread consensus about it (one vocal player and two agreements out of 18 players is not a consensus).

Then there was the whole business about ECat still being the mayor today because of being scum/mech interactions but ECat was proven to be telling the truth with DBD voting counting as 2 today

Basically I believe that ECat made a bad decision day one, everyone jumped on them for no good reason, and the soft crashout we saw from ECat was town flailing because people were kind of rude. Since then, all ECat has done is tell the truth and play self-preservation. The Peum vote is absolutely OMGUS but I don’t blame it considering how hard Peum has tunneled here.
 
I’m gonna look shit if ECat is scum I just rlly had a change of heart

We had a silver bullet in the keeping the mayor on himself theory and then that didn’t happen and I’m like :\

On my phone so hard to check exactly but I’m 99% sure you had two votes today, one being Peum and one being ECat. I don’t like these votes because I think they’re both town

Where do people come from, in what world have I tunneled someone??? I have read this argument like three times now its getting annoying

Voting someone out of policy is not tunneling, I was far from being the first vote in ECat, nor was I the first to call their lies, I have detailed in three diferent posts how voting Ecat isnt a matter of if he's scum, its a matter of policy. We don't allow Town to commit mistakes that hurt other Townies because if we allow that for one moment mafia is going to take that opportunity to easily clear themselves. Neon is a great example of this, he voted himself day 1, was AFK all game and didnt read most of the thread, but no one wanted him out, because he wrote like a disoriented towny. This is how you make the same mistakes of last game happen again. Discouraging town from playing badly and encouraging them to read correctly for next games is the best thing you can do in this situation. If they're mafia good, if they're town well that's sad but they throwed so what are we going to do about it.
