Honestly Peum that's fair enough. I mean most of those posts are not really saying all that much, but the analysis of me is legit at least. Did you ever explain why you were considering a pulsar vote? I don't really count "hey would anyone vote x" as meaningful discussion unless you actually have some kind of reason

Tbf I don’t think it’s possible to towncase or scumcase pulsar atm so I’d call that the equivalent of a wallpost about her lol

Inactive for most of day 2, while playing as town they usually just go inactive Day 1, posts that are just nothingburgers while not showing commitment to the game, ini other town games they've showed more entusiasm to reading the whole thread and supporting fact based arguments, while today they claimed "ecat vote felt horrible" and "i have such bad vibes"
 
Anyway I'm going to bed soonish so in the event that I die I'm going to jot down my thoughts -- I just posted my reads like an hour ago anyway but this is the stuff I want to emphasize

1. PLEASE put des in the hotseat tomorrow. It's too late to really extract anything from her today but I think it will be very easy to read her if she gets pressured. That sounds kinda crazy but I really think scum des is substantially different from town des and rn I think this is scum des. But it's really not enough to say rn, I think if des gets like four or five votes on her it will be extremely clear which it is.

2. Changes in which wagon is leading last-minute are extremely informative. If I flip please analyze who voted me and why. I'm not saying the person who pushes me over will 100% be scum though. More like -- if someone who's been active in the thread decides last minute to change their vote, it will necessarily not be in response to something I said. And if someone who's been inactive pops in suddenly five minutes before deadline to place a deciding vote, I hope to God we will all hold them accountable for the results regardless of who the lynch is.

Will stick around while I'm getting ready for bed to answer any questions or entertain any alternate wagons. Still up for voting Phoopes, still willing to hear rationale for voting Miyami (I do not like AirC's reasoning but AirC is not the only person entertaining a Miyami vote it seems like)

Btw I didn’t respond to this yet but I heavily disagree. “We should punish a misplay by town by voting them out instead of voting someone who is more scummy” is bad IMO. People can learn from mistakes for future games without needing to be punished for it in the current game with a policy vote. I think ECat made one widely-disagreed with post (the wheel vote for genisu post) and now is facing TREMENDOUS amounts of heat all stemming from one misplay. The way they’ve played since has been entirely reasonable discouraged town posting. If you make a post and all of a sudden like four people tell you you suck, are bad, worst post ever, etc. then you’re going to get discouraged too

So yes I think the policy vote thing is tunneling, I don’t think you’re doing it maliciously as mafia. I really think you are just a misguided town, like Celever was with DBD last game

(Speaking of last game I wanted Neon out but no one listened to me and then I got voted out instead :sob: yall should just listen to me more often)

Point taken, I would also entertain a pulsar vote. It feels wrong to vote for someone just lurking at the last minute, that is very easy to steer into a mislynch and if the lurker is town you really only get results if you do it well before deadline. But beggars can't be choosers

fairy just seems very noncommittal with her posting. I know she said lower activity early on in the game but I feel like we haven’t gotten much in the way of content/pushing the game forward from her

Miyami I feel like has been aggressively interacting with des and vishy… too aggressively :o I think based off us now having des mafia meta to look at she’s town, and I think vishy is more likely noobtown than noobscum (scumchat would’ve told him to cut it out with the cryptic “I’m suspicious” stuff by now)

I’m pretty convinced of Peum town because of the crazy scum hunting effort so far. Bliz actually voted for Peum so I think he could be scum

LN hasn’t been around much (forced overtime sucks ass dude I’m sorry) but I feel like he is playing a little more lowkey than I would expect. Never interacted with him in an OC but I was expecting more in a NOC (admittedly this one is mostly vibes, I just needed a 4th scum for this exercise)

I guess to be fair, if scum are trying to push a mislynch it probably would be easier to just do it on me at this point. But offing a lurker early on and leaving a more controversial player for later is a legit strategy, especially in a mostly vanilla game. Also, in general if the town vibe is "we want to lynch a lurker" then it is VERY easy to steer it towards lurking town. Like as long as there is one quiet townie you are extremely unlikely to lynch scum for lurking, because the answer to "why lynch [scum player] instead of [town player]" will be 100% arbitrary

Advice: I think you’re being steered too easily by other players. Make some evidence-based convictions and don’t change your mind at the drop of a hat. Mafia could potentially use you as a pawn. I am reading you as a newbie town instead of newbie scum which is why I’m giving you this advice lol
