the lower bracket dl is tomorrow i will still continue it since the community seems to still complete the majorirty of games but upper has completed just wanted to sweep through host things (lil busy irl :skull:)

but do the lower bracket games matter? or who wins this finals game wins the tour overall

not really only one winner is announced for the upper but i think its productive for some tiers maybe to have that extra piece of results/usage to look at kinda/sorta but "no" and yes (maybe if its beneficial for lc) i dont know if i can make that call though despite thinking it would but the lower bracket is just for fun but it feels more competitive here and (less drops) vs other spotlights - i was a 3k bw lc pick off this before but i think its nice to look at but nothing super major

From my opinion, what I didn't like about Spotlight tours last year was the fact that once you lost one game, there was no point in playing anymore since you were automatically out of contention unless you were x-0.

With this particular spotlight tour, I thought it was a good concept, but I got the misunderstanding that it was a double elimination format and the loser bracket winner would face the winner bracket in a grand finale.

It would be good to continue having the lower bracket if possible because it's rare to have LC tours (especially BW) outside of Classic and Team Tours (since seasonals etc is only for SV).

In this case, is there any point me playing my opponent as we scheduled for Wednesday? (extension from last week)

Wait I don't understand. This left me very confused. So, unlike most tours with lower brackets, the winner of the winner finals wins, and there is no grand finals? So what is the point of losers bracket?
