Special and Physical wall I haven't even tried this verson hopefully it works but if I predit a thunder attack I can switch to electivire for the sweep.

Theres my team I guess it relys on sweeping with electivire so help me out or just give an opion thanks.

Uh, yes they do.
And that's no reason to use 4 electric weaks, enemy vires will rape your entire team if they carry earthquake and tbolt, building a team around one pokemon is no reason to make every pokemon weak to one type so it benefits from it.

Want my advice?
Replace milotic with blissey/snorlax, your team is begging for proper special defense, and perhaps throw tangrowth in over skarmory since water+grass cover eachother quite well, and gives you something to sponge tbolts and earthquakes.
 
Two or more flyers means it's recomended that you should have a spinner at your side. SpecMence WILL be switching out alot, and so he'll have roughly 3-4 turns left before getting KO'ed after SR's been layed out.
