Will vote soon been busy, sorry for that.Voting time! I included all the subs that have been given feedback to and accordingly changed.
Voting will last for 3 days and will be closed once every submitter has voted.Voting will take place on Google Forms and from there it is relatively easy to understand how it works. You have to vote for 3 submissions for each Pokemon and every submission can get 3, 2 or 1 point(s).
Self-Voting:
Check out the detailed explanation for a more precise explanation. TL;DR The amount of Self-Votes depends on your submission count. Each submission gets you a Self-Vote, and said Self-Vote is worth 2 points.
A Person with 3 submissions has 6 Self-Vote points, one with 4 submissions has 8 points and so on. The Self-Votes you give yourself cannot exceed this limit.
Let's say a person has 2 submissions resulting in 4 points: They can place themselves on 1st place for one Pokemon (which results in 3 points spend), and place themselves 3rd place for a different Pokemon (resulting in the last point being spend). Alternatively, they could place themselves in 2nd place twice, whichi results in 2 x 2 points being spend.
If you want to vote for yourself now, it gets slightly more complicated. You can always keep voting for yourself as second, but you can change the order a bit, for as long as the number of self-votes equals 2x the number of submissions you made. Let's use some examples to make it more understandable:
Stallbreaker: Yoshiblaze, Lyd, Ludicrousity
Special Wall: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze
So this voting format is good, cuz' Lyd voted for himself as second three times, and when you add everything up, he gave himself 6 votes, which is fine, as it is exactly the number of submissions he made for the slate x2. However, say he liked his Stallbreaker submission a lot, and he really wants it to win, he can play around with his votes a little bit:
Stallbreaker: Lyd, Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity
Special Wall: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze, Lyd
So to make his Stallbreaker first vote, he moved his Defensive Pivot self-vote to last. Makes sense, right? And when you add up the votes, 3 + 2 + 1 = 6 which is exactly what he wants. Let's say that he likes his Special Wall and Defensive Pivot submissions more, and he didn't like his Stallbreaker submission too much. He can do this:
Stallbreaker: Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity, G-Luke
Special Wall: Lyd, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Lyd, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze
3 + 3 adds up to six, so he's good to that. Small note that this can't be done if he made no Stallbreaker submission because if that was the case, the number of submissions he made x2 would actually end up as 4, which isn't enough. Also, had he only made a single submission, he'd always have to self-vote as #2 or lower because making only one submission gives him only two self-vote points. We hope that was clear, if you had any trouble to understand this, feel free to PM anyone from the council and we'll explain it as best as we can.
ViZar's Say:
This is for transperency's sake. I will tell you about my role in this votes and polls.
- Tiebreaker vote: I will never vote submission and stricly keep my vote to break a tie. My vote will be determined by the circumstances of the votes. If one of the submitters already won a submission in the current slate, I will give the vote to the other person. If that does not apply, I will ask someone from outside the mod, more specifically an uninvolved person from the main Pet Mods server, to break the vote. If that does not happen in an adequate time, I will vote based on design and metagame needs.
- Poll votes: I will always vote for the mod specific topics (e.g. Unseen Fist/Piercing Drill Topic, Future Slates). My vote will always be the least valuable vote however. In a tie, I will remove my vote if the other option will win.

Lastly before we go, the abilities of Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y have been revealed!
Electric Surge /
No Guard
Gorochuhas lost Reckless for Electric Surge and Pikaraichu
has lost Compound Eyes for No Guard. This is signifant for these two. Gorochu has lost Flare Blitz as funny button, but strengthened Volt Tackle instead, but imo Levitate was this guy's better ability anyway. Pikaraichu however got a straight-up buff. Sure No Guard now means that it cannot dodge an attack, but at the same time, the accuracy of its moves have not improved, they are made perfect. Exchanging Thunder for Zap Cannon and making Focus Blast essentially 100% accurate is huge.
Ciao Servus
I’ll def want Sing removed from the Pikachu line (and Zap Cannon if that becomes overbearing), because No Guard cannot be replaced from Pikaraichu as Mega Raichu Y also has No Guard. Will vote soon been busy, sorry for that.
Making this post to highlight the fact that Pikaraichu (and Pikachu line as a whole) gets access to Sing in National Dex. Considering the fact that National Dex doesn’t ban sleep moves, I think either that will have to be implemented or some changes to Pikaraichu will have to be made. I just can’t see 100% accurate sleep being balanced on a mon with 120 speed.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Gengar
New Pokémon Name: Strechterror (Corruption of “stretch” + Terror)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo of Haunter
Stats: 60 HP / 130 Atk / 60 Def / 65 SpA / 75 SpD / 110 Speed
Typing: Ghost / Rock
Abilities: Long Reach | Shadow Tag (banned)
Movepool Additions: Crunch, Bite, Hone Claws, Crush Claw, Night Slash, Slash, Aqua Cutter, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Mighty Cleave
Niche: In this Pet Mod’s OU, a set-up sweeper that ignores contact-delibating mechanics such as Flame Body and has unique Rock / Ghost STAB. I decided to give it Rock-type so to making it easier to revenge kill and riskier to try switch it in, though it might be a deadly addition to Sand teams.
wait he can submit too?
Mega being Revolved: Kangaskhan-Mega
New Pokémon Name: Kangesa (Kangeroo + Theresa; based on Maria Theresa of Habsburg)
Type of Pokemon: Evolution
Stats: 115/95/90/60/90/90 (540)
Typing:![]()
![]()
Abilities: Parental Bond* / Scrappy / Thick Fat (HA)
*Balance Plan 2: Parental Bond no longer works on Seismic Toss and its clones
Movepool Additions:
Niche: Partially based on the Kangaskhan Revolution from last iteration. I don't remember the exact details and I didn't want to look it up, in fear of remaking that sub. The idea is to have a semi-bulky, decently strong and decently fast utility attacker. Depending on what it wants to do, the abilities can fullfil different roles. Thick Fat being great for defensive and bulkier sets, Scrappy for offensive sets like Choice Band or Curse sets with Parental Bond being a good option for both. I gave it the bone moves to pay homeage to the theory that Kangaskhan is Cubone's mother and Milk Drink gives it longevity. Knock Off gives it a bit more utility.
Milk Drink, Stealth Rock, Knock Off
Bone Club, Bonemerang, Bone Rush, High Horsepower
Small question: Is this using floette-eternal's movepool from champions or is it using base floette's movepool? Because that would change a bit about what I give this sub
Mega being Revolved: Floette
New Pokémon Name: Floette-Ange
Type of Pokemon: Alt Forme
Stats: 74/65/67/125/128/92 (551) -> 74/85/94/135/138/28 (571)
Typing:![]()
![]()
Abilities: Fairy Aura / Dark Aura
Movepool Additions:
Dark Pulse, Taunt, Sucker Punch, Foul Play, Power Trip, Torment, Meteor Beam, Shadow Ball, Hex, Teleport
Niche: Slow tank/wallbreaker that uses its good bulk and utility to get some very good damage on foes with fairy aura boosted light of ruins off of a 135 special attack stat. Fairy/Dark trades some resistances for a 4x Dark resist, Ghost resist, and Psychic immunity, which I think is a good trade off. Plus fairy/dark is a better offensive typing too.
Mega being Revolved: Mega Glimmora
New Pokémon Name: Glimmortis (Glimm + mortis)
Type of Pokemon: Evolution
Stats: 93 HP / 55 Atk / 90 Def / 135 SpA / 81 SpD / 101 Speed
Typing: Rock / Poison
Abilities: Toxic Debris | Adaptability
Movepool Additions: Belch, Baneful Bunker, Shadow Ball, Hex, Grudge
(Edit Note: Used to have Fire coverage but got removed due to ViZar’s veto feedback)
Niche: Basically Mega Glimmora but can hold an item, so Adaptability Power Herb Meteor Beam will see use as a one-time nuclear STAB that boosts Glimmortis’ Special Attack. Hex is to take advantage of Toxic Debris or Mortal Spin. Has to rely on allies to deal with Steel-type opponents such as Ferrothorn and Gholdengo.
thanks for pointing out my mistake, but I prefer if we use the discord server to point out minor things and leave the thread for submissions, discussions and announcementswrong pokemon beneath the slate 7 logo
Mega being Revolved: Starmie
New Pokémon Name: Stareste
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 61/82/71/113/91/102
Typing: Water/Psychic
Abilities: Huge Power, Screen Cleaner, Levitate
Movepool Additions: Psychic Fangs, Knock Off
Niche: Essentially can play into the fast psychic/water attacker, as well as being a decent cleaner with screen cleaner and levitate to avoid hazards and rapid spin + flip turn for clean and pivot + priority with aqua jet. I do think it still has a little bit of a high attack stat tho so I kept the move pool limited.
Name Origin Star + Celeste
Mega being Revolved: Mega Starmie
New Pokémon Name: Staranium (Star + Uranium + Cranium?)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 30 / 45 / 55 / 70 / 55 / 85 -> 80 (+50) / 65 (+20) / 100 (+45) / 110 (+40) / 100 (+45) / 65 (-20) (520 BST)
Typing: Water / Poison
Abilities: Huge Power / Natural Cure / Analytic
Movepool Additions:
+
: Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Zen Headbutt, Ice Spinner, Healing Wish, Magic Room, Psychic Noise, Power Gem, Psyshock, Reflect Type
: Wish, Supercell Slam, Wave Crash, Superpower, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Acid Spray, Toxic
Niche:
Bulky wallbreaker and general utility guy; it's decently flexible in what it can do. Obviously, the main draw here is Huge Power, which turns its meager attack stat into something monstrous (and with a new secondary STAB and decent coverage, it can hit quite hard). Sure, its speed isn't the greatest thing in the world, but with a significantly improved defensive typing in Water / Poison and good defenses to boot, it's more than capable of living a few hits and smacking the opponent back hard. The new defensive typing and its good bulk even lets it run bulky utility builds, and its decent special attack stat is still quite capable of putting in good work against the opponent.
Mega being Revolved: Mega Starmie
New Pokémon Name: Starfall
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 30/45/55/70/55/85 -> 90/75/90/100/90/75 [+60/+30/+35/+30/+35/-10]
Typing: Water/Steel
Abilities: Huge Power / Regenerator / Analytic
Movepool Additions:
Agility, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Ice Spinner, Life Dew, Liquidation, Mirror Shot, Muddy Water, Razor Shell, Refresh, Soak, Spark, Triple Dive
Aqua Step, Bullet Punch, Drain Punch, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Jet Punch, Knock Off, Low Kick, Mega Kick, Mega Punch, Meteor Assault, Meteor Beam, Meteor Mash, Slam, Spin Out, Steel Beam, Supercell Slam, Thunder Punch, Trick Room, Triple Axel
Niche: Fallen Star with STAB Huge Power Meteor Mash, with Regenerator as a nice niche thanks to Flip Turn. That lower Speed (and access to Curse!) is fitting with Analytic, and allows it to not snowball too much with Rapid Spin speed boosts. A bunch of Punch moves because I would give it Iron Fist instead of Huge Power if I could, as it fits the design now having more designated arms to hit with.
Mega being Revolved: Mega Mawile
New Pokémon Name: Gnawful
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 50/85/85/55/55/50 -> 90/90/90/55/70/55 [+40/+5/+5/+0/+15/+5]
Typing: Steel/Dark
Abilities: Huge Power / Intimidate / Strong Jaw
Movepool Additions:
Baby-Doll Eyes, Charm, Curse, Dazzling Gleam, Disarming Voice, False Surrender, Flatter, Gyro Ball, Hard Press, Iron Tail, Jaw Lock, Lash Out, Leech Life, Memento, Metal Claw, Metal Sound, Mirror Shot, Nasty Plot, Night Slash, Obstruct, Pounce, Power Trip, Pursuit, Quash, Revenge, Skitter Smack, Smart Strike, Snarl, Steamroller, Steel Roller, Switcheroo, Thief
Alluring Voice, Body Press, Cross Chop, Double Hit, Double Iron Bash, Heavy Slam, Lunge, Parting Shot, Spirit Break, Submission, Throat Chop, X-Scissor
Niche: Mawile and its Mega both look like Pokemon that should have Strong Jaw. So let's set it up around that. This bulk is actually remarkably close to the bulk of base Mega Mawile. The new Dark-typing fits the creepier vibe of the Mega, while also giving it STAB on Knock Off/Sucker Punch/Foul Play as well as a couple of newly added moves. Double Iron Bash feels like an unorthodox pick but implies it is hitting you with each of its two heads. Mawile's moveset here is mainly filled with a bunch of flavour moves to fill in some of its gaps with STAB and coverage.
Mega being Revolved: Medicham
New Pokémon Name: Medimas
Type of Pokemon: (Evolution)
Stats: 75/70/105/70/75/70 (465)
Typing: Fighting/Psychic
Abilities: Pure Power, Simple
Movepool Additions: Body Press, Dazzling Gleam, Power Split, Psyshield Bash.
Niche: Medimas values simplicity and humility above all things, and thus opts for straightforward sets - it can either use it's Pure Power to go all out, or Simple to set up and take opponents head on, in both cases making good use of Body Press, especially combined with Psyshield Bash or Bulk Up.
Mega being Revolved: Mega Starmie
New Pokémon Name: Stardem (Star + corruption of “them”)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo of Staryu
Stats: 75 HP / 60 Atk / 80 Def / 110 SpA / 115 SpD / 70 Speed | 520 BST
Typing: Water / Electric
Abilities: Illuminate / Natural Cure | Huge Power
Movepool Additions: (Using Staryu NatDex movepool as basis) Jump Kick, High Jump Kick, Thunder Punch, Supercell Slam, Zing Zap, Wave Crash, Work Up
Niche: Lacks set-up other than Cosmic Power and Work Up, but can run Huge Power to be physical or mixed wallbreaker instead of purely Special attacker. Can quickly be overwhelmed by physical attackers.
Mega being Revolved: Mawile-Mega
New Pokémon Name: Devouress (Devour + Princess)
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 75 (+25) / 55 (-30) / 120 (+35) / 85 (+30) / 75 (+20) / 50 (460 BST) (attack swapped with special attack)
Typing: Steel / Fairy
Abilities: Intimidate / Huge Power / Sheer Force
Movepool Additions:
+
: Hard Press, Alluring Voice, Trailblaze, Temper Flare, Psychic Noise, Pounce, Hyper Voice
: Thunderbolt, Vacuum Wave, Snarl, Psychic, Calm Mind
Niche:
The most versatile of the three; there's a lot you can do with it. Huge Power is the obvious draw, giving it some big oomph to its physical attacks, of which it has plenty. Its great defensive typing and very strong physical bulk let it tank a few hits before hitting its targets hard (and of special attacks? that's something an Assault Vest or another teammate can help fix!). Sheer Force lets Mawile use its surprisingly competent special movepool to hit even harder without having to worry about burns and whatnot.
Long Reach on a Pokemon that best STAB famously isn't contact moves is kinda nuts when you think about it.
Mega being Revolved: Medicham-Mega
New Pokémon Name: Medirvana (Meditate + Nirvana)
Type of Pokemon: Evolution
Stats: 90 HP / 70 Atk / 75 Def / 70 SpA / 85 SpD / 90 Spe [BST: 480]
Typing:![]()
![]()
Abilities: Pure Power | HA: Telepathy
Movepool Additions:
Mach Punch
Acrobatics, Blaze Kick, Healing Wish, Teleport
Niche: Medirvana occupies a niche of being a mid speed wallbreaker, as 90 Speed is the absolute floor of this tier. While it loses out on the crowded 95-97 speed tier, it still has an angle as a decent scarfer range. Mach Punch gives it access to STAB priority, and makes Life Orb based sets also very threatening. Of course, Medirvana's most likely bread and butter set will be the potent Choice Band variants, basically being able to KO anything that doesn't resist it, nearing the wallbreaking power that Mega Medi can. However the best improvement Vana has over its prevo (and Mega) is the really useful bulk improvement it got. Just some calcs to show the difference.
The new bulk allows it to live hits it has never been able, improving it's matchups overall, giving it more opportunities to smack attackers around.252 SpA Dragapult Hex (65 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Medicham: 224-266 (85.8 - 101.9%) -- 50% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

(Also incredible example in how Move BP and invested Stat totals matter. Both have the same SpA).
I should have thought of Aqua Jet, but it’ll be an easy addition if Stardem struggles due to it’s 70 Speed. But being oriented around recoil does give it an identity among Electric-type physicals* and prevent it from being too oppressive, with Zing Zap having less power but no risk, and Supercell Slam having more power but at risk of losing 50% of max health on a miss.Stardem not having Aqua Jet sucks sooo bad, especially with a 70 Speed stat. Basically neuters alot of matchups this Pokémon would otherwise be able to threaten (basically every single offensive Ground type in OU) I find it very interesting that Stardem is so tied to recoil as well, I can see it running this set. I don't know, I don't like the idea of an offensive Water that is forced out by an offensive Heatran if you lose like 20% of your health with no recourse.
Stardem @ Leftovers / Heavy Duty Boots
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Ability: Huge Power
Adamant Nature
- Water Crash
- Zing Zap / Supercell Slam

Stardem @ Choice Band
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Ability: Huge Power
Adamant Nature
- Water Crash
- Zing Zap / Supercell Slam
- Flip Turn
- High Jump Kick
Devouress seems pretty strong, though I don't think Sheer Force sets will be that good (if it had Moonblast, maybe). Huge Power sets seem very strong, the standard Swords Dance variants. Choice Band would be very solid as well, but SD imo would be the best when backed by LO so it can simulate the damage that Mega Maw does.
Devouress @ Life Orb
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 92 HP / 252 Atk / 164 Spe

Already done thoughts on Medi in my post. Band, Scarf LO 3 Attacks.
