Ok this is my current team, please comment and PLEASE make changes. I don't care if you replace pokes just please help. Umm after blissey is gone I have huge problems with starmie. And the speed of my team isn't so hot. So please edit, thanks in advance.

This is my main Physical wall, the ev's provide the ability to break a t-tar sub with uturn. As you can see boah would be a big problem taking on my team. So after I break the sub with uturn I can switch to lucario expecting an ice beam and thats that.

Umm main switch in on azelf and all around my main spec sweeper. I went with a sleep talker here to absorb stuff and I needed something to take on steels.

My main gyarados counter and wish passer. Basically totally kills gyarados and thats that for him.

My main spec def wall, I need help with the moveset though. I'm thinking I need a stealth rocker but aromatherapy would be nice. Toxic seems more of a obvious move but I'm not to sure with all those heracrosses now adays.

Basically this beast stalls almost everything out. Amazingly eneough this can withstand less than half damage from a starmie's ice beam. I'm talkin major stallage folks.

If your team's speed isn't that great, you may wanna put Thunder Wave in that filler spot on your Blissey for a little more Twave support.

You need a bigger variety of speed. All your Pokemons are relatively slow and won't be much of a threat. I think, as SirRaven has stated, you need more Thunderwave support or a relatively fast pokemon. This is why I suggest Thunderwave over any other attack on Blissey. Toxic will just let Heracross rip up your team. The only thing stopping it is possible Gliscor, but then again, with SR up, you'll only have approximately 50% chance of taking two Close Combat, let alone Megahorn.

I think you'll have problem with physical walls. Nothing hits hard enough to take them down as they can usually just instantly recover the damage from Vaporeon, Heatran and Blissey and proceed to switching into a counter. In stating this, you really need a reliable special sweeper in your team. Perhaps ScarfTran can do, or even Specs.

With those out of the way, just a little nitpicking. Celebi wants to be Bold and a lot more bulky. Also, with Thunderwave for support, I don't see the point in THAT much speed. Perhaps a certain number of EVs to outspeed Tyranitar might make sense, but not that much. Celebi should have Max defense so it can continuously switch into Earthquakes, Close Combats and so on. Also, Grass Knot is definitely better than Psychic since GK hits a lot more things harder in the OU metagame.

K I'll change blisseys move to thunderwave, and I'll change the celebi ev's. But any ideas for completely switching pokes to make my team faster other than just adding scarfs or something?

Also yea, I have had trouble taking down complete physical wall and such. Let alone any wall without lucario sweeping or me having to stall them out. I really need help with this, so help would be appreciated.

No Seconds Damage is not helping. Give Blissey Stealth Rock somewhere or Celebi. Hell even Gliscor could be doing it if they have a bad lead. Actually I really dislike Gliscor as a lead. He loses to a ton of common leads like Salamence, Gengar, ect. And bronzong would have a field day with him since you can barely touch him why he hypnotizes you or your switch in. Too stallish not much in the way of attacking. Relying on the Lucario sweep isn't too wise for your only offense. Heatran is not really an offense either since he is made to stall things and just stay around for a while. Plus EQ kills him. Why not give Lucario SalacSD with all that paralysis? Anything bulky and that can attack is loving this team, Metagross, ScarfTran ect. They could really just pick you apart.

If you want to switch pokemon I say switch Vaporeon for Deoxys E. That will give you the speed plus it beats everything you are trying to beat with vappy (Gyarados, Garchomp, Salamence, ect.) plus you beat ScarfHera, Gengar, Infernape ect. Worth it to me.
