Level 1 battling

Ok so at a forum i play at they want me to compete in a level 1 legue.
(sorry if this isnt the rightplace) I cant think of a decent team to feild. Could someone help me with sets?
I few ideas i have:
Porygon Z
Cranidos
Syther
Scizor
Vaporeon
Jolteon
Heracross
Pinsir
Snorlax
Starmie
Skarmory
Chansey

Can anyone help me?
 
If Dragon Rage isn't banned, then I would use every Pokemon that can learn Dragon Rage. Heck, give them all Focus Sashes, too, just to ensure victory.
 
what's the point if evolved forms are allowed? Is that not just like standard OU just with lower numbers across the board?
 
Well, if evolved forms are allowed, just use CSRampardos and murder everything, lol. Seriously, everything's stats at level 1 are just about the same. You could make a team of 6 smeargles and still win, because they have the same approximate bulkiness as cresselia XP

well im just trying to make a team for it. im dont really care if it is, its got enough reward for me if i go good in it. Besides, faster paced cause there is no walls. Can you help?
 
Well then use a Smeargle, then Use CSRampardos and CSSlaking, as well as CSChomp and CBDactyl. For the last slot use something like Scarfcross or CSTar (To set up Veil for your Scarfchomp)

ITS STILL LEVEL 1 lol. i cant get a chomp,slaking,rampardos or ttar!
 
It's possible to get a level 1 Skarmory. It's impossible to get a level 1 Rampardos or Mewtwo.
 
Is this on WiFi or Shoddy or something? Because I don't think you could reliably EV train anything in-game without leveling it up to level 2 at least. It also puts some interesting restraints on movesets, or at least makes you scratch your head about how to get them. I also see how at least some evolved pokes could be allowed, since not all of them require leveling to evolve. For instance, ones that evolve by trading or stones... However, something tells me I'm way off, and the battles will just be on Shoddy but set at level 1 to be silly.

EDIT: Whoops, I re-read, and it looks like I wasn't as far off as I was afraid. Still a little fuzzy on the details, but that may have something to do with the fact that it's two in the morning here.

Well, specifying that would have helped me not waste time.

I'd just use all powerful base forms. Snorlax is an acquirable Level 1, for example. I probably wouldn't use Chansey, since Ice Beam and Seismic Toss will probably do about equal damage to everything that's not weak to Ice Beam. Basically, fast sweepers and Focus Sash, which should be relatively fearless.
 
Uh, why would you ever use Seismic Toss? Level 1 is not "lol just use an OU team". Seismic Toss deals 1 damage. If you aren't going to actually consider the differences between this and OU, don't give suggestions.
 
I'd imagine Deoxys would be a good pick with extreme speed . . .

edit: and too bad Lucario needs 1 level to evolve, I'd imagine it would be the smex with all those priority moves

An absolute killer in level 1. almost everything shares the same stats, so Extremespeed after a SD Nabs quite a few kills. SInce everything hangs around 6 speed, explosion works if you win the speed tie.

The scarfchomp of Level 1. Takes a random Priority hit, and shrugs it off quite nicely.

Hits Gastlys hard with Pursuit, Sucker punch for those annoying P-Smeargles.

Since P-Z is most likely the only 3rd stage in Level one, abuse his relative bulkiness, and not try and outspeed stuff and hit with a phenominal 12 special attack. 7 speed isn't to be sneezed at either.

thanks for those 5 pokes. ill think of one more to run i guess. I might run spore over sdance on the smeargle set just for laughing in pokes faces.
 
No, because that robs you of your SD/Edspd and OHKOing everything. If anything, put spore over Agility so you gan possibly get 2 SD's in and OHKO Everything bar a ghost.
 
Can't believe you're forgetting Abra. Bascially have a look at Little Cup allowed Pokemon and take suggestions from there. The allowance of certain Pokemon is a bit silly though, true LC rules are generally more balanced (for L5 play at least)
