I See The Fear In Your Eyes...

After running a few successful teams, i have realized i dont have a team that can stare bullets through you, thus i have decided to build an offensive team, granted i just took powerhouses and slapped them on a team and has been doing pretty well so far.

A Glance Into Fear Itself....

Mr. DIE TIMID SCARFGAR
Deoxys-s@choice scarf
Rash
252Attk/252SpAttk/4HP
Psycho Boost
Super Power
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt

I remember a while back i saw this build and tested it out over the standard LO build and quite frankly i loved it, now i know what your thinking, choice scarf? deoxys-s?!?!? OVERKILL but scarfgar leads have messed with me for the last time...and they almost always stay in thinking they are faster...he also makes a good revenge killer.

Mr. If i had a club i would be an troll
Tyranitar@Choice Band
Careful
252HP/56Attk/200SpDef
Crunch
Pursuit
Earthquake
stone edge

Ahh...the classic careful CBTar, i love this beast he can put dents in so many pokes that i find annoying, celebi, jirachi, cress, more i cant even remember.plus he has a deadly pursuit that everyone's mother can adore.:happybrain:

The Jaws of the desert
Garchomp@Yache Berry
Jolly
16Hp/252Attk/240Spe
Sword Dance
Dragon Claw/Outrage
Earthquake
Substitute

A garchomp build i have been using for a longggg time, since i already had one why make a new one? dragon claw over outrage because i hate being locked into a move then confused with a SD that could end the sweep, also people seem to love walling it...might consider it though.

I am the reason for HP Electric
Gyarados@leftovers
Adamant
216 HP / 16 Atk / 176 Def / 100 Spe
Waterfall
Earthquake
Dragon Dance
Taunt

Gyra Straight from the analysis, i loved it since the first time i used it, however i believe the EV spread could be outdated a bit, but i havent put any calcs in yet. I love the intimidate and bulkiness he provides along with his decent defenses he makes a very good tank, bring him in late game and he can sweep up, but then again most of my team can do that :pimp:

Mamo Ka-Blam-o
Mamoswine@Life Orb
Adamant
252Attk/192Spe/64SpAttk
Earthquake
Ice Shard
Blizzard
Stone Edge

YOUR TEAM IS MAMO WEAK, is something i saw alot so why not bring something that is awesome? i saw this set somewhere, i think it was Anti's Mixed Mamo dont recall though. It sure packs a punch though usually can kill a few pokes before going down, if not whole teams. A good sweeper overall.

No Pain no Gain
Hariyama@leftovers
Impish
76HP/180Attk/252Def
Rest
Sleep Talk
Force Palm
Stone Edge/Ice Punch

Here is perhaps the most replaceable member of my team, since he still seems to die to easy, however he does occasionally beat the t-tar and weavile so i guess he is alright, first time using him so i guess it needs some getting use to, he also has thick fat so he can take ice and fire pretty well, a pretty good tank but i might use machamp over him, not sure yet.

Rate, Comment, I need some advise, seeing as this is a group of pokemon i thought hit hard there must be something i missed, that could threaten my spartans.:nerd:

If you are running CBCareful Tar then there is no reason to run Scarf Deoxys. And with Garchomp in sand he pretty much beats Gengar most of the time anyway.

Anyway the team itself looks fine. Very offensive. The one thing that doesn't seem to fit is hariyama. You seem to be in need of another special attacker and if you want something bulky I would use Stalking Heatran. He patches up a few holes your team has.

Heh, that is my Mixed Mamoswine set =) I would change it to match it up to the set of Naughty with 252 Atk, 20 Spe, 236 SpA. It helps a lot more with killing stuff. Adamant nature makes blizzard weaker and wont get those kos on tangrowth and friends.

On Deoxys just go life orb with naive nature and 252 SpA 172 Atk 84 Spe. Scarfgar died in popularity and deoxys is now pretty much the fastest thing in the game. replace boost for psychic so yo udont have to keep switching. You do lack a rapid spinner which really hurts. If you don't dig Heatran starmie could replace hariyama.

Just max out speed on garchomp.

On Careful Tar to ensure survival on pokemon with life orb focus blast then actually use evs: 252 HP / 24 Atk / 232 SpD. That will make sure you stay alive which is the point of careful tar.

Ok I pretty much agree with everything KinglerDude24 said but one thing, If you replace Hariyama with Heatran you struggle with Toxic Spikes, but if you use Starmie in that slot, you are ridiculously SpecsShay weak, as it will OHKO everything but Gyrados with Seed Flare. If Stealth Rock is in play you just plain die. The best thing I can see is to use both, one over Hariyama, the other over Deoxys-E. This covers your slight Gyrados and Infernape weaks.

Unfortunately, you're still wide open to CB Heracross and SD Lucario with SR support. You could throw Gliscor over Garchomp to combat that, but that takes away from the offensive mentality.

You are right about the hariyama, and i do have a STalking Tran already...would you mind telling though what holes he fixes? because i honestly cant remember for the love of me... :pirate:

Good Idea i forgot the current set was for the sub salac set.:cloud:
