Help rate my offensive team

So I have been on this site for a while and battled even longer, but have never before done a RMT. I am open to change most of the pokemon in the team, some more so than others. Thanks for the help.
Edit: how do I get the pictures to show up?
Here is the line up:

Charizard@Salac berry
Blaze
252 Attack 252 Speed (30 hp ivs)
Jolly
  • Substitute
  • Belly Drum
  • Fire Punch
  • Earthquake
This guy is one that I'm not sure of. It punishes most teams that run the Bronzong or Roserade leads that seem to be so common these days. The idea is simple. Sub, belly drum, attempt a sweep. If I end up facing something I can't get passed, I normally go to Vaporeon.

Vaporeon@Leftovers
water absorb
188 HP 252 Defense 68 Special Attack
Bold
  • Wish
  • Surf
  • Toxic
  • HP Electric
Alright so Vaporeon is great with Bellyzard. It takes the water attacks tossed at it like a pro, and counters Gyara like no other. Wish to heal self and others, Surf for STAB, toxic for taking care of things I can't beat outright, and HP electric for Gyara.

Forretress@Leftovers
Sturdy
252 HP 162 Attack 96 Defense
Relaxed
  • Gyro Ball
  • Explosion
  • Stealth Rock
  • Rapid Spin
So this is another that I am really unsure of. He puts down rocks, spins, and goes boom. I love switching him into Outrage and setting up rocks then exploding. It just seems like I could find something better for either this spot or Hippowdon's

Hippowdon@Leftovers
Sand Stream
252 Hp 4 Attack 252 Defense
Impish
  • Earthquake
  • Ice Fang
  • Roar
  • Slack Off
The physical wall of my dreams. One of the few things I can switch into on Garchomp. This guy does some good walling and PHazing. Makes a great pair with Vaporeon. I would like to keep this guy unless I can find something that better suits my team.

Garchomp@Choice Scarf
Sand Veil
252 Attack 252 Speed 4 Special Defense
Adamant
  • Earthquake
  • Outrage
  • Fire Blast
  • Stone Edge (Crunch)
Wow, what a great revenge killer. Comes in and kills most sweepers. It is my main answer to non-scarfed chomps and Gengars. I can't decide on Stone Edge or Crunch. Sand Stream from Hippowdon makes it even more broken.

Gyarados@Leftovers
Intimidate
72 HP 252 Attack 184 Speed
Adamant
  • Dragon Dance
  • Earthquake
  • Stone Edge
  • Waterfall
Standard DD Gyarados. Comes in on many different pokemon and does its dance. Then I proceed to sweep until forced to switch. Stone edge>Ice Fang because I don't like losing to other Gyara. This is a guy that I'm not sure of.

Threat List:
  • Counterstar
This one does bad bad things to my team. Hopefully it can be handled by scarfchomp. I need to change something in my team to handle this, or somehow move things around to include it.
  • Weavile
Hopefully my forretress is still alive, or this one gets tough. Due to the typing of my team I can normally switch something in depending on the move it uses.
  • Mixape
Vaporeon can take it down if it can't plot. Chomp can revenge kill.
  • Cress
Walls me kinda hard for now. I can toxicstall with Vaporeon, but I need a better way to stop it.

First off I would have to recommend not shooting your wad with Charizard as a lead. The idea with powerful sweepers like that is to try to scope out the opponents team for say, the gyara that would wall fire punch / eq and try to take it out before setting up. Your gyara would make a decent lead if you just want to make an easy switch.

Also, we can't see the pics. ;.;
