What is the obi stall team?
What does redistrubution mean in trading?
Can you gts clone your pokemon and keep trading that pokemon in trading?
 
Then those are just generic. For example, any pokemon with
x / x / x / 31 / 31 / 31 will have Hp Ice

redistribution means that you can not trade someone else's pokemon to other people. Yes most people use an AR to clone though.

How do I get a Genderless Pokemon @ Lv5 to have a move that it can get at higher levels (Porygon with Tri-Attack, for example)? I saw this in PBR Baby Battles.

Two questions; how do I get the Belly Drum Pass Moveset onto a Smeargle? I'm not able to Sketch Substitute, and the moves Sketched aren't kept in the ingame Battle Tower, or on wifi.

Also, does a Pokemon happiness level go back down to zero every time it's traded to a new "trainer"?

I don't know what the obi stall team is. Redistrubution means that you can trade away a pokemon that someone else trades you with their permission. GTS cloning doesn't work anymore.

Substitude is a TM, so let Smeargle sketch it from a faster ally in a doubles battle.

How come it doesn't work? I just did it yesterday? Oh and thanks on the redistrubution thing D:
 
What nature/set/IV spread should I go for on my event Darkrai? Should I go for one in the analysis or is there another good set I should be going for?

I've never heard of any "threat" list before. If you go to the Smogon Pokedex and find your pokemon, they will have counters for them. That should show you what you should watch out for.

Wow. I'm so stupid. I completely forgot about that.

I have another question; who are the best double battlers on smogon? (if any)

You were wrong and I wasted one of my Manaphys from September. I quickly grabbed a Manaphy the night before and saved and left my Manaphy on the other game. I took both games to Toys 'R Us and was able to get Darkrai on both. On the game with both of them, he gives you Manaphy first and Darkrai afterwards when you talk to him again.

Needless to say, people who decided to answer questions should at least have something to base their answers off of. I guess next time I'll just rely on myself.
