rate my wi-fi team (and help improve)

i wont go into details with IV's as those really arn't important i just want a broad view for the team, i will have listed, possible backups if switching is needed.

the lead for obvious reasons, a quick poke able to do damage with 3 types of coverage and nasty plot (never know when switahcroo gets played, items are switchable though)

an interesting flygon, i threw the sash on as a last resort mainly (out of other options) and it did it well as it killed 2 pokes after i switched it in

this is one of 2 pokes plucked off the GTS and into my team, and while i use this team in a none wobby environment, (it had 4 special moves when i got it) i changed its moves so it has what it has BUT kept shadowball for unpredicatabilty on wobby stakes

azelf - modest (same moves as lead one above)
tauros jolly (basic scalf/band tauros)

Gengar-timid (Timid EV trained, not move chosen)
Heatran-modest (none EV trained with HP electirc and good moves)
uxie-calm (untouched)
heracross-adamant (semi EVed)
abra (untouched with good moves)

or basically anything not listed here in my store (the not so good stuff but might be useful anyway like chimchar)

Scarf Nasty plot is fuggan stupid. If something tricks an item to you, it's a scarf, specs, band or lagging tail. None of which are an excuse to use nasty plot on a scarfer...

Just shove an orb on him or use the standard scarf, or at LEAST use U-turn.

Iron defence is unpredictable because if you're given opportunity to set up, you agility or swords dance... Seriously what the hell is lucario doing with +2 def?

Blaze kick is alright i guess, but IMO use SD - Close Combat - Crunch - E-speed. The bad accuracy of cross chop isn't going to help.

I mean, come on, you put iron defence on something, fair enough. But you didn't even give it lefties, you gave it the opposite...

Not a lover of sashes, especially on stuff which can take a hit. It can be sitched in on stuff like fire and rock, so why take away that power with a sash? Scarf or band is so much more useful IMO.

This makes no sense to me at all. I would do calcs, but you have no EV spreads...

IMO, agility @ orb; or nasty plot @ sash. You're no where near fast enough to be plotting. To me you need to put agility on him.

Starmie is more suited to spinning. There are quick sweepers such as mixape which you should use to get over your fairly big blissey weak.

Overall, fairly bad =/. I would actually consider a threat list with this team.

You seem blissey weak, and you can't even set up on her with lucario. Same goes for cresselia. Even with powerful stuff it's hard to kill cresselia.

You lack status absorbing, which is bad because your entire team is going to hate paralysis except metagross. I can't see any status of your own either =/

You have NOTHING in the way of walls. Once metagross is dead, you're raped by an Outrage from a Garchomp.


Also, try to use full stops, and the format of

Recommendations:

MixApe: You're heavily wall-breaker weak. You can't seem to touch cresselia or blissey with what you have now; A crunch off Lucario wafter a swords dance does just over 50% IIRC.

Weavile: Stops dragons like garchomp by Ice Sharding. Can Pursuit Cresselia too.

i do have cressy, an alright blissey, I'm getting an adamant carp (gyara), i do have that chimchar available to me, and i also have a sneasel as well (i havn't really looked at it) I also found an adamant outraging gible
