Gyarados and Gengar are common leads.

Nothing can switch in on Gyardos - Magnezone is either outsped and quaked, or taunted so it can't magnet rise. Or EQed right off the bat.

Gengar, except for Stone Edge and Outrage from garchomp, can really do massive damage to the team.
(Yes, gengar will sometimes have HP Ice or to a lesser extent PSychic in leads - I have seen it.)

You have a bit of a problem with Swampert - he ice beams/avalanches alot, doesn't he?

Also seeing no real Hera counter - Infernape takes a good chunk from Stone Edge/EQ when switching in, and can be outsped by a scarfer.

2 Stealth Rockers, and a TSpiker? Blissey or Garchy should lose the rocks, Garchy is a revenge killer, not a SRSpiker. But Blissey needs her moves.

Want a really good counter to alot of counters? Deoxys does alot thunderbolt takes on Gyara, Grass Knot deals with others, Spikes/StealthRock sets up,

Look, I'm no expert, but these are just some shortcomings I see, and easy remedies.

The speed version has recently been brought down to OU after a test phase, along with Wobby.

Deoxys has been known for his stall-breaking, and Wobby has been known as a stall creator. I just hate Wobbs too much.

Edit: fine, Wobbs is a stall breaker in certain ways. Still, important to note that it was brought into the metagame with Deoxys and has created a shift.

this is off topic, but wobb is not a stall creator in my mind. just because it's bulky doesn't mean it's a stall creator. i actually think it's a stall breaker. most stall situations involve a lot of predictions and switching, creating this big loop, going no where at all. usually takes someone to take a chance one way or another to break it. wobb stops switching all together and yes, most of them start a PP stall against stealth-rockers, but you always know that wobb will win that battle, so it's still progress.

If you are going to use Roserade as your lead then switch Weavile's item or add a spinner. I usually find SR to be set up very early in the match. I would give him a Choice Band. Actually, as much as I like Roserade as a lead (I use one myself) I don't really see it benefiting your team. Laying down TSpikes early works better if you team is a bit bulkier but this team seems to be more about speed and power. I suggest Taunt Gyarados for a lead.

I don't really like that Infernape set either. I know it gets little use but I am gonna say try out a Scarf set with Close Combat, U Turn, Fire Blast and either HP Ice or Grass Knot.

I kind of like Militoc or Vaporeon with HP Electric over Magnezone for this team because I can see both Heatran and Gyarados giving you some trouble.

Didnt notice this either but you have Stealth Rock on Garchomp and Blissey. I am assuming you mean Stone Edge on Garchomp?

If you have Fireblast on Chomp, switch it to Naughty or Lonely. Otherwise switch FireBlast to Fire Fang (which is what I do), so you also get that Flinch Rate.

Oh and Garchomp has Stone Edge twice under his moves...
