Or it can have a trait that absorbs Stealth Rock damage and fires it back at the opponent so the opponent now has the Rocks on their side.
 
Concept: Dimension distorter
Description: A Pokémon with an ability that instantly creates an endless Trick Room when it enters battle.

Concept: Ultimate Baton Passer
Description: A Pokémon with Baton Pass, Belly Drum, and a wide variety of stat-boosting moves, most likely with an ability that helps it Baton Pass better.
 
About the Baton Pass thing. It could be something like:
Concept: Baton Passer
Description: Able to Baton Pass without worrying about phazers/statusers. So the opponent is forced to use direct damage moves.
 
Concept: A Pokemon with a special intimidate.
Description:Would work just like intimidate except with -1 sp. atk instead of atk. Could be called psych out or somthing to that effect.
 
Shiny Noctowl, all of your suggestions so far (not just in this thread, the ones you made too) have been these really over powered pokemon. We aren't really looking to make the best pokemon here, rather balanced ones to change aspects of the meta game here and there. I would tweak your suggestions a tiny bit so they aren't ridiculously over powered. If you do so, you could come up with some potentially good ideas.
 
I like the idea of auto-Stealth Rock remover. I'd like to emphasize that Stealth Rock not only hurts potential customers though, but it also keeps staples from becoming...ridiculous. I think Yanmega, Salamence, Gyarados and Zapdos would be much, much more prevalent than they already were.

It's still cool though.
 
Concept: Anti-Encore
Description: Has an ability that prevents the negative effects of Encore, Disable, and the Choice items. However, the ability also prevents you from switching out and causes you to always go last.
 
Shiny Noctowl, you actually gave me an idea.

We have an ability that can negate other abilities, why not an ability that negates the opponents item use?

Concept: Anti-Item
Description: A slightly balanced pokemon, slightly geared towards Special stats both offensively and defensively, that has a unique ability to negate the effects opponent's items, similar to Mold Breaker. The items aren't removed, just cannot be used.
 
Your idea just gave me an idea!

Concept: Anti-stat
Description: Has an ability that prevents all changes to the opponent's stats (both raising and lowering).
 
Concept: A fast rapid spinning wall
Description: A rock or ground type with levitate, similar to Claydol, but with high speed and the same high defense. Don't have to set up paralysis or trick room. Rapid spin to get rid of spikes/rocks first in case the other pokemon could OHKO him/her.
 
Unaware does the same

Unaware doesn't affect the opponent's Speed. This ability would negate all stat moves that the opponent used or that you used on the opponent. If a Pokémon has Unaware, the stat changes return if the Pokémon with Unaware switches out. This ability would prevent the moves from working at all, so the opponent's stats wouldn't be raised/lowered when you switch out.
 
Concept: Anti-ability
Description: All Pokémon in battle have their abilities canceled. (Basically an infinite Gastro Acid on all Pokémon in the battle.) Has a high Special Attack and Speed, and a varied Special movepool.
 
Oh, I just got an idea!
Concept: Drop of Fear
Description: A balanced pokemon but more on the attacking side. It would have an ability that randomley cuts one of your opponents stats upon entering battle.
 
Gothic Togikiss: I thought it was okay

Concept: Sandstorm Kingdra
Description: A Pokémon with balanced stats leaning slightly toward Special Attack and a good Special movepool, with an ability that raises its Speed when a Sandstorm is in effect. (Basically a Sandstorm version of the Kingdra of the Sun example given at the beginning.)
 
If zapdos enter in front of Togekiss Twave, or is paralized bt other ways, its almost dead, subce kiss can survive it Tbolt and roost off the damage, and zapdos will be ParaFlinchd many times...But i still prefer the SR absorber idea...
 
We don't need fast rapid spinners. We already have Tentacruel, Forretress, etc. who do a good job on it already.
 
I don't see any huge benefit in a lot of speed on a Pokemon with extremely high defenses. It just costs him a lot of efficiency, and makes his offense shit. For hardly any benefit. Speed only matters if either party is about to die. This thing will never kill its opponent (especially not with Rapid Spin), nor will it die anytime soon, so most of the time its high Speed is wasted. Rapid Spin should hardly ever occur on a turn said Pokemon is about to die anyway.

It just doesn't seem like a useful concept.

Air Slash is not very effective. Aura Sphere is not very effective. Not many SubKiss run around. Zapdos is a counter hands down.
