A newly constructed rain team (Uber RMT).

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Water Spout
- Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam

The obvious lead for this team. Water Spout is for first move and early parts of the game, so long as it stays un-damaged , evreything else is self explanatory.

---
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def/252 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Softboiled
- Thunder
- Icy Wind

So much fucking toxic in ubers, i myself don't have too much use for it considering most of my team is relativily slow, so I use thunder wave to support my team, it's pretty useful considering I haven't seen a cleric in ubers yet.

---
Lugia @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/52 Def/204 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Roost
- Reflect
- Ice Beam
- Whirlwind

Physically wall and phaser, this guy here can last a longass time to start with, and since I have a cleric on this team this guys longevity increases
even more.

---
Ludicolo (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 204 HP/104 Spd/76 SAtk/124 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Ice Beam
- Leech Seed
- Substitute

This guy can cause so much damage with the simple sub-seeding tatic. He also covers pleanty with Grass Knot and Ice Beam.

---
Palkia @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Spacial Rend
- Thunder
- Aura Sphere
- Surf

Dobule stab, this will cover pleanty and dish out a lot of damage.

---
Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/162 Atk/96 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Toxic Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Explosion
---
He lays down spikes and rocks, spins, and when his duties are done, boom.

Checklist information is below.....

Uber Team Checklist

Have a special wall

Blissey

Have a physical wall

Lugia

Have a physical sweeper that is not weak to Ice or Electric, or have a high special defense to be able to absorb those two types

I have the impression the idea of this rule of thumb is a way to beat Blissey, Ludicolo does that with sub-seeding just fine.

Have a special sweeper
Kyogre, Ludicolo and Palkia.

Have a resistance or immunity to the following types (1 check for each type)Dragon, Ice, Electric, Psychic, Dark, Ghost, Bug, Fighting, Ground, Water, Fire, Steel and RockBlissey covers Ice, Electric, Psychic, Water, Fire, and draco meteor. Lugia has ground immunity, fighting resistance and should be able to handle rayquaza fine with ice beam. Dark, Ghost, Bug, Steel, and Rock are covered by steels, I have two steels on my team.

Have a pseudo hazer (phazer)

Lugia

Have a sleep talker/absorber

This isn't needed, I have a cleric.

Have a Rapid Spinner

Fortress

Have a Spiker and/or Stealth Rocker

Fortress

Have a weather changer

Kyogre

I'm not farmilliar with the uber enviorment too much, I basically went with what the article recomended. Go ahead, rate away.

Hi, I don't play ubers, but why do you use "hasty" on Palkia if you are not running physical attacks? Maybe focus punch over flamethrower would be better...

This team in general is not well-made. You sort of have a lot of stuff thrown in there. Synergy is important in ubers too!

The Scarf lead is fine, though Specs may become more viable just because a lot of leads aren't that fast.

I don't really like Blissey in ubers. It just doesn't do enough in addition to being a special wall in my view. I'd keep it, but because speed is so important in ubers, I'd use Icy Wind instead of Thunder Wave. Why? Because the minute you paralyze something the opponent will simply keep switching in that paralyzed pokemon to take the hit, and since Blissey can't do much back, it will likely end up having to switch. Icy Wind is effective in all circumstances.

Ludicolo doesn't fit this team at all. You already have the most Kyogre coverage possible. I really think CB Metagross could help this team in many ways. First, if can provide a decent check to Deoxys-A. Metagross can switch in, and Pursuit it. Second, it can deal heavy damage to many things with CB Meteor Mash. Finally

Lustrous Orb might be Palkia's specialty item but it's not the best option. I would really remake this moveset; maybe a Mixed set would work. a spread of 140 Atk / 252 Spd / 118 SAtk Naive (Or Rash or Naughty) with Spacial Rend/Dragon Claw/Thunder/Aura Sphere. BTW, Stealth Rock destroys Shedinja.

I'd put Toxic Spikes over Spikes, and give it 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 Def. Gyro Ball over Explosion.

Yeah I made a lot of little errors in this team, probably the lack of sleep. =/

I'm gonna end up changing the palkia set.

As for Forretress, I don't like steel attacking type moves, because of its poor type coverage, then taking his attack stat into account it wont really hurt anything. Like I said, personally, I don't really intend on forretress sticking around once its done spinning and laying down spikes and rocks, but I think i'll try the toxic spikes though.

Obviously since im trying the toxic spikes, i suppouse ill try icy wind on blissey.

I honestly think Ludicolo is a good fit on this team, it takes advantage of rain for one, secondly, if im causing switches with toxic spikes somewhere along the line ill get a free substitute, and I can wreak havoc with leech seed.

You know, life orb is worse than lustrous orb on an all out sp. atking palkia >.>
Also, thunder is easy groudon bait on that blissey, and by bait I mean you'll be inviting him to swords dance or something.

Would lugia be able to take a swords danced atack from him at full health?

Lugia does not really need all that speed, since most base 90 Ubers have 32 Spe EVs with a non-boosting nature, the chance that you will find a Jolly Swords Dance Groudon is very low. Plus, the EV spread that you have makes having the risk of being OHKOed by Choice Band Stone Edge with Stealth Rock up. I would use 208 HP, 164 Def, 136 Sp. Atk/Sp. Def/Spe. If you want, you could use the same EV spread that Jibaku uses, 252 HP, 144 Def, 114 Sp. Atk, with the Sp. Atk EVs having a greater chance of OHKOing Rayquaza after Life Orb Damage. Also, I would give Palkia a speed boosting nature to at least tie with most Palkias. Plus, Focus Punch is better than Aura Sphere, since Aura Sphere has bad coverage, only doing about 30% to the Standard Blissey or whatever you come across. Also, if you are going to have an all out Special Attacking Palkia, use Lustrous Orb or Choice Specs, Draco Meteor instead of Aura Sphere, and Timid nature.

Note for Lugia-
The extra Defence EVs will always allow him to survive a Swords Dance Stone Edge from Groudon albeit a critical hit at full heallth, something that only 52 Def EVs will fail to do.
