Two possible reason:
- You are the unluckiest person ever.
- Both parents come from different versions of the game (referring to language), for example one of them was captured in an american pokemon game and the other in a japanese one.

yeah, my female is a japanese version while the male is american. so if they are differnet languages, the everstone breeding doesn't work? any way for it to work at all?

The everstone trick won't work in that case so you will need to replace one parent, there is no other way.

Can someone tell me the exact movesets of an UT 10ANNIV Lugia and UT 10JAHRE Lugia? As if they were just migrated via Pal Park.
Those pokemon didn't have any special moves so what you need to do is go over serebii or some other place where you can see what moves a pokemon learns by level up and check the last 4 moves that Lugia would have at level 70 (assuming those events were given at that level).

ic.... so if i get a japanese male to accompany the female then, will the offspring also be japanese? i mean it only makes sense if u breed 2 japs, u should get a jap child no? it'd be weird if u breed 2 japaneses and get an american offspring..

If the child is hatched in an american cart it will be considered american, in a japanese cart and it will be japanese.

Why are some of the UU Pokemon analysis's just talking about ina amtter as if it were in OU?

It is really annoying, because it seems the movesets provided are OU versions, and not so succesful in the UU Metagame.

How much damage would a Pokemon have to do percentage-wise to 3HKO another Pokemon? Exact percent possible please, thinking does not work for me at 4:30 in the morning. <_<

33.4 % without healing or damaging item
39.6 % with leftovers
23.4 % with life orb if the Pokémon attacks every turn (he will attack one more time before dying), or 26.8 % if you don't want him to attack one more time before dying...

Is Magic Guard supposed to become inactive after Clefable uses Struggle

eg:
Deoxys-e used Recover.
Deoxys-e restored 43% of its health.
Clefable used Struggle.
Deoxys-e lost 4% of its health.
Clefable was hit by recoil!
Clefable lost 25% of its health.
Deoxys-e's leftovers restored its health a little!
Deoxys-e restored 4% of its health.
Clefable is hurt by poison!
Clefable lost 75% of its health.

timw06's Clefable fainted.
or is it a Shoddy bug?
A definite answer anyone...

From what I think, it's a Shoddy Bug, because there is no way status can affect you, no matter what, struggle should take away HP, but not poison, probably not what you want to hear, but it's just my thought.

Ok, I'm really confused here.... This doesn't make sense and this is the first time my calculations have been off.

I have a (will be) Jynx with a 29 IV in Speed with a Timid nature. I was checking out that nifty Speed guide to see what I'd be outrunning if I used it with max speed.

Ok, I've been using the IV calculator on Serebii.net because it was the first one I've used and I know how to work it well.

Ok, so I put in my nature, Pokemon, speed IV and calculate stats to see what my speed would be without EVs. It says 246.
Ok... I add 63 points to that (as if I maxed out speed EVs/252 Spe), so it equals 309.

But I see that Jynx can go 317 with a boosting nature, so why am I so much slower? I'm only 2 points off from flawless IV!
Is it because of that 10% boost that it can't be calculated the way I'm doing it?

I guess 309 Speed it is..
But it doesn't really make much sense and I really wanted to try and tie Infernape, too. :(

Can someone explain?

GameFaqs is your friend.

Here is the particular guide I found this in, for where to find National Dex entries. Click it and ctrl+f for "D002".

I'll give you your information anyway.
