Ok, This Team is mainly defenceive (spelling). My last defence team was horrible. So i decided to have this team rated. Before i continue battling.
So here they are:
Bronzong @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Atk / 8 Def / 96 SpD
Nature: Relaxed
- Hypnosis
- Trick Room
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake
Well I have Bronzong as my Lead. Because most of my team is slow. I use Hypnois to get thier lead to sleep. Then i would use Trick room, Then switch out, to a more "Effective" Pokemon.
Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk/ 252 Def
Nature: Impish
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Roar
- Slack Off
This Hippo is my Physical Wall. Mainly for those "evil" Weaviles and Electrivies, ect. I put this guy in because of its defencive stats. It also has good atk and Hp. So it works!
Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 Hp / 72 Atk / 184 Spe
Nature: Jolly
- Drill Peck
- Steel Wing
- Roost
- Swords Dance
I put this one in because with one Swords dance, it very hard to stop. Drill Peck will have loads more damage, So will Steel Wing. Roost is a alternative if i get low on Hp. So i can keep Skarmory alive
Mamoswine @ Life Orb
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 124 HP / 252 Atk / 64 Def
Nature: Adamant
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Earthquake
- Avalanche
This is a good staller, because of Rest/Sleep Talk. i can keep Nailing things with those two atks. And Rest Will Keep Mamo alive for quite some time.
Regirock @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear body
EVs: 252 Hp / 6 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Rock Polish
- Counter
- Explosion
- Stone Edge
This regi has unbeliveable defence. Which i mainly could switch on a Physical sweeper. Counter is mainly the move it will use on Physical Pokemon, Such as Machamp. Rock Polish is good to keep my defence up. and Stone Edge for Gyrados and Salamence. Explosion is only used if my hp is very low.
Forettress @ Leftovers

EVs: 252 Hp / 162 Atk / 96 Def
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Explosion
- Earthquake
Another defenceive wall. Toxic Spikes is good for extra damage. Rapid spin is very usefull to get rid of Spikes and stone edge. Explosion is only if my Hp is low. He is mainly for getting rid of Spikes. Thats why hes on my team.
