You get both by flare blitz being an egg move.

tennisisawesome bred this awesome Froslass for me, (not bad for his first IV bred thing, eh?) sporting my favorite set. Lord_Sunday mentioned this set in the SBP thread, and after trying it out on Shoddy, I had to breed one myself.
This Froslass is designed to allow it's counters to switch in on it, Protect, and then Disable the move your opponent wished to destroy Froslass with.
Thunder Wave is a great addition to the set, especially when a Choice gets disabled, you can Paralyze the switch-in. Ice Beam for STAB, of course.

well it has a 2% rate compared to venomoth's 10% so no not a coincidence, and im going by serebii.

You'd have to ban garchomp then though since it cant get another ability. DT with the right pokemon is worst.

Then why doesn't EVASION CLAUSE on ShoddyBattle do what it is supposed to do and NULLIFY all EVASION MODIFIERS? That is my "simple" question.

Umm well you cant just cancel a pokemons ability and evasion clause is the stopping of evasion moves.

Yea I like debating. I also think garchomp is not broken so I dont agree with getting rid of sand veil. I believe in though in keeping the game to its roots and not getting rid of stuff except for whats necessary which I dont think its necessary to get rid of any abilities.
